Hehehe...Noah did look nice shirtless. Too bad their was no friendship between Luke and Noah before he caught Maddie and him together. More bad writing by Pissanante. And the ending with Cleo...LMAO was so funny.....LOL. Stupid Will for thinking she was harmless. He forgot he was going to call the police on her way back when. I liked the Noah's dad. Telling him to be a man...typical.....LOL.

Noah and Maddie: HHOOTT!!!!

Jennifer Landon looked pretty damn good herself! And so did Elena Goode. The hair/make-up/wardrobe dept. is KICKIN' on this location shoot!

Why didn't Jade go ahead and show Gwen the diary entries?!

And why in the world did Ali just stand there when Lance walked in??!! Lord knows I woulda turned straight around and ran for the road, trying to flag Aaron down. LOL!! And call my mom on Aaron's cell phone that I snatched off the table. That girl's got poop for brains.

And she must be verrry flexible. I ain't seen so much hooplah over a porn star since 1984!

Cleo is a nutjob.

I think they evolved Noah (characterization-wise) more today than they have in the past few weeks of him being on. I like Mr. Kelly playing his dad. And like I said before...the Noah/Maddie sex was SIZZLIN'!

Luke walking in on them... :( Poor Lukey.

Previews (believe it or not) look AWESOME! (Although I can'tunderstand what Meg's screamin'! Screamin'? Meg? Gah. Who imagined?!)

Great to see Frank Ryan back on camera! (FYI, Noah's dad is Daniel Hugh-Kelly, who used to be on Ryan's Hope).

Now that the soap opera history lesson is over, let's untangle the Noah/Maddie/Luke mess that Passable created. Note to ATWT: If you're trying to make people care about Luke and Noah, you just muddied up the entire storyline.

Sungrey, I knew his name. <_< I said Mr. Kelly. :P

Now, off my soapbox, I have to disagree with you on the Noah/Luke/Maddie thing. It's obvious that Luke and Noah is gonna be a LONG story to tell since Noah seems straight at first and has a tough family life, while Luke and Maddie's problems recently died down with their own personal lives and both have families that love and support everything they do. It's gonna take a while for Noah to quit struggling with who he really is deep down inside, and then after that, he still has a long road ahead of him where Luke and Maddie are concerned. He care for Maddie, but pretty soon, he'll care for Luke too.

It's your classic soap love triangle. Except for the fact that one guy is fighting his feelings regarding another guy and a girl...instead of...a girl fighting feelings for 2 guys or a guy fighting feelings for 2 girls.

eh...more action, less "this is Branson!", so it was a marginally better show than yesterday.

Raise your hand if you think ATWT will ever show Luke and Noah getting soaking wet at a water park. *crickets chirp* Yeah...me neither. I think it's a mistake to showcase Maddie/Noah, especially when they haven't built up any chemistry between Luke/Noah. I did like the way they fleshed out Noah today, he's finally got more depth than just a old-movie lovin' pal of Maddie's. I was a little confused, I thought Noah mentioned he was already paying for college on his own?

As much as I dislike Dusty/Emily, at least they're not as horribly written as Kack. I think their past has been glossed over, but Dumily aren't running around talkin' out of their asses like Kack. I DIDN"T like the way Dusty's being praised as some sort of Stewart family Savior, like they'd NEVER gotten along before. I remember when that was Hal, even if all three of those women forgot. And I can't remember ANY mother not approving of him either. Both Babs and Sierra thought he hung the freakin' moon while he dated/protected their daughters.

UH....hey, Jade....ever heard of a little thing called BAIL JUMPING? Crossing state lines is a no-no.

Just when I thought Luke had escaped...the all powerful STRIPED SHIRT MONSTER reclaimed his soul. That shirt was so loud, it hurt my ears. I had no idea stripes got bolder on location.

Nice that Holden got a mini-talk with Aaron about lying....

Was that a hankerchief I saw on Aaron's head? I had to be imagining that, right?

I can't decide if the previews are good or bad. But I've got a theory about Brad's haircut...maybe Katie will be mesmerized by his eyes. You gotta admit, Austin looks better. That greasy long hair was tragic.

    • It was one of the bigger disappointments that Sarah wasn't part of the book.
    • They clearly loved her offcamera. I wish I could appreciate her work more, but...I don't. Thanks for telling me what Levin said at the end. I still don't think Carney was bad, but I guess he would always see them as not shining compared to Kate.
    • Around 2002, when I would have killed Alan, I'd bring back Amanda, who would have a love/hate relationship with Philip mirroring Alan and Alex, I'd have a proper Alex recast, I might bring back Alan-Michael (and maybe Hope or Mike on recurring), and I'd bring in a long-lost son for Philip who would be around his late teens or early twenties.  I agree that Philip would still need a rival. That's where giving Roger another long-lost kid (not Sebastian) could have worked in this timeframe.
    • @ranger1rg @DemetriKaneI was sure I was swimming upstream alone on this. I get that they are all proud to be Duprees, but the writers are just overplaying it. Ted's an ass, but presumably, he's been a model husband for the last 25 (?) years...but he just isn't good enough (or can handle or whatever..) a Dupree woman? *cough* I guess the next "shocker" is whatever Vernon and Anita's secret is. I hope it's something a little more original than him cheating on Anita.
    • Yes, that was probably to he case. In  the book, after Malcolm Groome (Pat) said he dated Kathleen Tolan,  he said he saw her theater work and found her to be  "compelling and charismatic actress"  In one of Ilene Kristen's many video interviews promoting the book, she also praised Kathleen.
    • David knowing Burke was going to die and making sure to say goodbye to him was very unnerving. Some of the last moments where David Henesy's otherworldly vibes from those first few years are put to good use. I agree that the few months right before 1795 are excellent. They do a great job with building suspense and going through insane twists.  DS was never going to be able to have a long run anyway, with the high burnout rate and a number of principal cast not likely to stay, but I do wonder what might have been if they had done a better job with the present day after the return from 1795.
    • Off of the Xander/Paulina scenes in Thursday's episode, I really hope that means we're getting Theo coming home permanently. I didn't really see much of Cameron Johnson in the role, and though he was pretty and I'm thankful for his occasional thirst traps on Insta, Kyler Pettis could not act, so a brand new recast would be fine by me, but if you all think Cameron doesn't a real shot, I'd be fine with that, too. I just want Theo to be taken seriously as a character for once and make his place on this show like he deserves. I was annoyed the second Susan showed up again, but I do admit it was interesting to see her reunite with Marlena and see their dynamic when EJ joined them. Hopefully now we're done with her forever. As for John, this last bit of hope Marlena is getting before the inevitable is already so devastating. This is going to be so hard to watch. Xander reminding the audience he IS a cold blooded murderer, point blank. Paul Telfer was devilishly terrifying. Taking off his jacket was such a sexy power move. That Philip doesn't have a permanent dent in his face will be a miracle. It'll be interesting if it'll just be the one punch or if next week will see Philip more battered and bruised. How bad are they going to make Xander look? I will say, the best part of this story is that I'm not rooting for one over the other. How Philip reacts to this violence will be interesting. I also liked how everything with stealing the drug ended up. Very messy. Steve even made me laugh at one point, and I've been indifferent to him for years. I hope poor Kevin doesn't get scapegoated, but it'll be nice to see him presumably reunite with Shawn next. We'll be really lucky if Belle somehow crosses paths with him, too.
    • I've really been enjoying seeing him/Smitty interact with other actors/characters
    • She didn't want a hotel room; doubt she's going to want the apartment room, either. There was no reason to re-arrange the other one. This was the most logical move.
    • I just hope they don't move that lady in their apartment. Same. And Mike seemed to enjoy those scenes.
