The show is awful again.

But it's odd that Sharon/Phyllis were having a civil conversation. I had a dream about them a few weeks ago. It started out with them talking and then they went to bed...together.

Anyway, in the new SOD, Sharon Case defends Sharon's character.

After Brad and Phyllis used up the first 40 minutes of every episode, the Baldwin/Fisher family would get 5 minutes every day and the rest of the cast would share the 3 minutes that were left over. LML would then convince the advertisers to cast Brad, Phyllis and the Baldwin/Fisher characters in the 12 minutes remaining for commercials.

I said it before... This will happen.

So far my prediction for Brad/Vickie was totally correct because LML uses all the soap clishes on this "couple". Vickie is already stinking up most of her airtime with BoreT so Brad needs some Mojo, since he's one of her faves. Hell Phyllis...

I really thought Extreme Catwalk could get good. A little bit of hilarious fun, but this is not the case.

Porn! Of course it had to be about Amber & Porn. Hello to the dumb and delirious Amber Moore-show. Watching CK-Lily going off on Pornbrosia got even more painful the second time around.

Poor Jess Walton! She's been rocking her scenes but this reality contest and the material is so awful.

Brad/Vickie/BoreT who cares? At least it's not about porn I guess.

I care about Victoria and JT. Brad not so much, although a Brad/Phyllis pairing is the one thing that could have me taking a long break from this show. I wonder if maybe Victoria and Adrian will be the ones hooking up sooner than later. JT making plans for that concert and Victoria basically blowing him off to spend time with Korbel made me wonder.

I love Amber, but the porn stuff is horid. I'm sick of hearing Lily yelling about Amber's breasts. Daily needs to end now. Somehow with Davetta in the role it worked, but Lily seems painfully young for marriage. Let her go back to hanging out at the coffee house with Colleen and checking out cute college guys. I wish Amber had told Cane the truth. I get the feeling he could handle it. Kay's facial reactions were hilarious today. The idea of the Extreme Catwalk producers investigating Porngate is just

I wish Jack would actually take his wife's side once in awhile.

Thank you God!! I have been waiting for Victoria to divorce Brad since the fateful day she was foolish enough to walk down the aisle with that lying jackass. I only wish she had been the one to bring up divorce and that she had done it the day she found out about his affair with Sharon.

Then Brad has the NERVE to come sniffing after Sharon. I couldn't believe the way he kept calling and texting her about his divorce. She's a little busy with her family take a hint BradLEE. God, I hate him. Sharon, Jack and Noah made such a cute little family today. Noah brings out the best in Jack. I felt so bad for that kid being in denial about his Dad. I nearly teared up when he left that note for Nick on the door of their house. I think Noah and Sharon could be happy with Jack. Screw Brad. Let him go dig for gold elsewhere. I'm sure there are lots of woman in GC he can marry for money and cheat on (although he has gone through a good number of them already). Leave Sharon alone.

The whole marriage was a laughing stock but that fits a lot of other peeps in GC.

Feel free to curse me but I thought Don Diamont was actually pretty good yesterday acting-wise. Or he was just much better than Amelia Heinle. Take it either way as you like.

To some extent they do, Jack is Aunt Jackie with them. But apart from that everything sucks. Noah's insta-mood-changes are annoying. How old is he supposed to be BTW? Two?

He definitely inherited Nick's dumbness. Like father like son - on of the rare cases where don't need paternity tests on soaps.

Awww I'd never curse you out.. We have Jill-Min and B&B love in common. Brad wasn't as awful as usual the last two days at least with Vikki, but I still hate him. We'll just have to disagree about Amelia. I've accepted I hold the minority view on Victoria, at least on this board. But I still lover her especially with JT.

Noah's mood changes make sense to me. He's 10 years old. He feels guilty when he starts to feel happy again so he lashes out. If only some of the other character inconsistancies made that much sense. Like Viki doing Brad at work after she found out about Nick's death.

    • I feel like Kelly's recent Variety interview confirmed for me that the tabloids no longer have any power over the media. Kathy Lee was raked over the coals by the tabloids.  There were weekly covers with unflattering photos of her yelling.  And for what?  She was a perky host with a successful commercial career who built two live-in health clinics for people with AIDS.  In retrospect, we know that the constant cruise commercials and KMart clothes were probably used to supplement her lack of income from Live.  When she was involved in a child labor scandal, her response changed the industry and she replied immediately.  When her husband publically cheated with an airline hostess, she stayed on the air and maintained her composure.  Yet, she was the punching bag of the National Inquirer for years.  Kelly learned from Kathy Lee's experience and avoided tabloid drama.  She would appear occasionally, but there wasn't much traction, nor fodder for trash media critiques.  However, 20 years ago, this interview would have made her a front-page staple. The tabs hate whenever a woman expresses a need for equity in pay.  They would have dragged her as an avarice villain who forced her co-stars out of their jobs, rather than recognizing her as one of the longest-running daytime hosts (Regis hosted for 22 years, and Kelly has been there for 23) who deserves some respect.
    • Well given the rumors I can see why. Monyetta (and foine Heath) supposingly stepped up. And then new girl Courtney was gunning for that peach. Surprised she did not get 7th Housewife place.   I don't think the FOHs on RHOA have been this important since Season 6.
    • Ryan's Hope had to endure a lot of recasts, but I found the ones I saw mostly worked.  Mary Ryan - Of course Kate Mulgrew was a star in the role, but I feel like had they stuck with Mary Carney, they would've been fine. I guess the pressure of recasting such an important character got to them which is what led to Kathleen Tolan who was dreadful and probably killed any interest in the character. Nicolette Goulet was fine, but I was over Mary at that point. Siobhan Ryan - Sarah Felder was EXCELLENT and should've never been fired for such stupid reasons, but I loved Ann Gillespie in the role. Marg Helgenberger was loved in the role (although not a personal favorite). I also though the last Siobhan (Barbara Blackburn) was good she just needed more time. Frank Ryan - This was probably their most successfully recast role. I always liked Frank regardless of who played him. Daniel Hugh Kelly was my favorite, but they were all good. I know the original gets mixed reviews, but I didn't mind him either. The only Ryan kid they absolutely could not recast was Pat. None of the recasts felt like the same character to me. It wasn't that they were bad actors, but they weren't Pat.
