Thanks I knew would like it. I thought it was fitting since Kendall got her diva spa treatment today. I actually made this months ago but couldnt stand her, but now that MMT is gone, Im finally starting to enjoy Kendall again. I loved what I saw in the previews with her getting in the Green Monster's face. I hope she pops her giggly bubble inflated head

HAHA! Janet KILLS me! All that focused writing on the pad of paper... and then Tad takes it away to reveal she was playing a game of Hangman with herself – with “DIXIE LIVES” as the word solution! Bwahahaha! Please don’t leave, Janet! I want her to stay!!!

I reeeaallly want to know why AMC had Janet choose DIXIE LIVES as the hangman solution. Got my curiosity piqued. Not that I'll tune in to watch, mind you. I gave it up on Jan 30th and won't watch until Dixie's (and I do mean Cady) back. (not holding my breath)

Private Parts Ryan

Wow so they open up today's show showing Ryan and Annie making whoopi (not the actual actress...maybe in her honor one of these two shall turn into a ghost) and I am sure Annie just got a nice look at Ryan's little wee wee! Now as you can see the key word is little since it is smaller than Paris Hilton's brain and a little bit bigger than the truth that you hear from President Bush...e.g. zilch to none! But geez I just wonder how they can manage to kill time this way. Who knows maybe they also play games like Pin The Tail On The Loser so in that instance Ryan would have tails everywhere...his head with no brain, his Dynamite Kiddo eyes that are bigger than a german shepherd's nutsack, his superhero shoulders, and well just about every little body part on him! Yep it has to fully encompass the Dynamite Kiddo body to emphasize how much of a loser St. Ryan really is! And then at the end of the day well the wee wee is still small (be aware I did not look nor will I ever) and hence nothing still changes with Ryan....he is still the same kind of person who cannot even calculate a tip at the HardOn Restaurant or even make lemonade once he has the mix...with him he would instead use his leftovers from the whoopi session to mix in with the lemonada mix and then have everyone drink it and they pass out never to awaken! Watch out that Ryan with his private parts is definitely dangerous. Now Greenpea is back in the picture and she is going to want to eat him alive...maybe literally!

I love the overall balance lately. I agree with both the earlier posters who said there is a new energy to the show lately. It's so much better than a few months ago, imo!

Yawning at Zzzzendull & Ryannie.

Damn, Josh in just a towel steamed up my TV. I didn't notice how Zach was sitting, my eyes were glued to the Josh's towel. Now if the writers would just defetus him, I'd be totally onboard for his romance with Hannah.

Janet's interview was hilarious. I loved how she didn't cut Krystal any slack.

It was great to see Palmer, Marian, Stuart, & Joe in the same episode. Palmer's offer to pay for Joe's lunch had me laughing out loud.

Kendall's reaction to Greenlee's voice was priceless. I can't wait for tomorrow.

I thought she was goiung to come back as a bitch, hell bent on causing trouble. She's coming across as a giddy little schoolgirl. She sees very immature and needs to grow up. Everyone has moved on from her, especially Ryan. For her to go after him and try to com between him Annie and Emma now will do nothing but make her pathetic. Its been a year and a half. She seriously needs to move on with her life. What a friggin loser

That's how Greenlee is coming off to me too, I don't see any tough-as-nails, she comes off as living a bit in la la land.

I just saw the "Dixie lives" ...

I am loving seeing Stuart, man I love Stuart. Great to see this mix of characters.

Ryan and Annie aren't doing as much for me but they're cute enough.

I loved the little doubletalk in the sauna when Hanna was talking about Josh's performance ... and that she expects revisions on her desk by noon

I don't like this NuGreenlee. I'll give Sabine till the end of the week.

Anyway, I'm glad Tad remembered that halloween they all spent together in 1999 because, ironically enough, I was watching that very episode a couple weeks ago when I was going through some old tapes to record something else. Janet, Dixie, Tad, Opal, Hayley, Amanda, Junior, Jamie, Adrian (:wub::wub: ) were all over there. Anyway, MEK proved that I still love me some MEK. It's been years since I've been a Tad fan, but I enjoyed the way he played Tad in the scenes during Janet's interview.

I'm still not happy that Amanda and Babe are best friends. I'll never forget when they were enemies, fighting at the bank and Amanda said words that were like poetry... "Poor, dumb Babe." Oh, well. At least Amanda has a friend -- even if it is Babe.

I enjoyed seeing Colby be the voice of reason. JR's an ass. Yeah, I understand he's using his anger to mask his pain, but ugh! Grow up, already.

Speaking of Adam, I loved his line: "Get me a real doctor." No kidding, Adam! Joe's an effing quack and that whole hospital is nothing but a Mickey Mouse operation. Palmer was so adorable, all giddy about Adam having a heart attack. I love that the Palmer/Adam feud is one of very few longstanding AMC traditions left intact. Shit, we didn't even get a good old fashioned Erica/Brooke slapfest before Julia Barr's disgraceful, disrespectful excuse of an exit... "Is there a new lead on Kate?!" Ugh!

Janet giving Krystal the rundown on all the reasons she's a pitiful excuse of a mother was fabulous!

After two Lil' Miss Hot Mess scripts last week, it was refreshing for me to start the week off with a Joanna Cohen script. Marvelous!

Ryan, Zach and Josh... all flashing some nipples today. Too bad I'm not attracted to any of them.

Back to the scenes at the spa... they took too damn long to do absolutely nothing. Watching that Three's Company routine of going back and forth between rooms and all the near misses got tired. Couldn't Chip Hayes come up with something a little more interesting than six acts of that?! Anyway, I wasn't really enjoying NuGreens because... well... she's just not Greenlee. No matter how much they tuck her hair behind her ears or put her in Greenlee-esque wardrobe, this Sabine woman's portrayl is lacking... I dunno... that certain je nais se quoir. She just seems to perky and giddy. That wasn't Greenlee... that was StepLee. I remember when Greenlee debuted 8 years ago. She was caustic, bitchy and incredibly witty.

    • Today was a short one. Only 33 minutes.  The ‘Part One’ graphic at the beginning was pretty interesting though. I didn’t expect them to do something like that.  I like how everything was focused around John and his family and friends. Again, the acting and the dialogue was very well done and well written. And I love that they were able to incorporate Drake’s, “swing for the fences” phrase into the script. It was nice seeing everyone interact with each other, especially characters who don’t often share scenes together. It felt like every character was part of a big family or community. Plus, an outdoor funeral in June makes a lot more sense than an outdoor funeral in December.  But yeah, it’s very, very strange that Will isn’t at the funeral, especially since we know that

I would much rather he had been there today. And, where’s Anna too? And Jack and Jennifer? What was the point of bringing them all back if they weren’t going to attend the funeral? I expected Steve to want to close down BlackPatch, though I’d rather he just retire and let Paul take it over. But I like that Kayla was there to comfort him. I wonder if he’s going to change his mind at some point.  It was nice seeing Shane again too. Now, he just needs to have more scenes with his son lol but I enjoyed seeing him comfort Marlena. I’m not really sure about his interaction with Cat though? Was it really necessary for this to happen now, at John’s funeral? They could’ve waited a little longer to introduce this story arc.  Btw, was Tate bleeding from his head in his first scene with Arianna?

    • This is wonderful! Thank you for posting this! I loved the first two seasons and never got to see the final season when they cancelled the DVD release. I've been hoping this popped up on streaming but no luck. Happy I'll finally get to see how it ended!

    • In case it is of interest to anyone here, I have digital copies (computer files, mp4 etc.) of all of the episodes. And, besides having the files they are all up on my usual video hosting site, acct name: shallotpeel, channel it is in: Primetime Soaps and file names like  Flamingo Road S1E15 Hurricane Flamingo Road was a primetime soap on NBC by Lorimar Productions. 2 seasons. 1980-1982. Morgan Fairchild, Barbara Rush. Developed by Rita Lakin.
    • Arguably DAYS OF OUR LIVES has been brilliant lately & definitely was last week. But, here I am with nitpick & technicalities. This was the only misstep but it was just a stupid thing that should have been caught. Deidre Hall as Marlena has this one problematic line, "It didn't matter how many identities you had, I always knew exactly who you were, you were the man who saved my life." - Marlena, DAYS, 6-2-25 Unfortunately the flashback closest to it was when Marlena was on the phone, terrified because she thought he was Stefano. Yes, it's true that the line is not accurate. There were many times when she did not feel the way she is claiming because of whatever was going on in story with his 'retconned to hell & back' identity & origin story. Does it keep the whole week from being called excellent? Nope.
