Sabine seems allright so far, but she sounds so much like Annie, and I have a feeling they're going to make this Greenlee alot more like Annie. She sounds so much like a valley girl. Greenlee is cynical and snarky, the scene where Greenlee was imagining her and Kendall together screamed "Stepford Greenlee"

Zendall was too cute, LMAO at Zach pulling the wool over Kendall's eyes and him wanting a quickie in the elevator

Sorry Cheap I have to disagree, I think Tad more than deserves this, he kept Colby away from Adam deliberately and he let JR think his son was dead. Payback is a LONG TIME coming. Same goes for KWAK

Annie is how old? She acts so much like a child and Ryannie are just gagworthy

but does the baby desere that? Does she deserve to be handed off to some psycho like Janet? Does she deserve to pretty much be sold off to random people that dont know or care about her? Does Jenny really deserve to be screwed over like that? Surely there are ways to make Tad and Krystal pay without messing with that baby's life

I don't care about the baby. As innocent as Jenny is, I don't care about her. I am not invested in a baby that is being used to reward Tad and Krystal for what they've done. Tad's tortured and killed a man in one of the most despicable ways possible, and then sleeps with another man's wife and conceives a child all because he was upset that his plan to get Greg to talk failed -- not because he actually killed a human in the most inhumane way. And then, he's rewarded with a daughter and everyone rallying around him, while Adam gets a child he thought was his stripped away, betrayed and then abandoned by the people who supposedly love him?

Boo fcukin' hoo that Adam took the baby. Janet may be mental, but she's MOTHER LION. I'm sorry -- well not really -- but I'm with Adam all the way on this. I'm enjoying watching the CareyMartins squirm. I'm enjoying watching Adam ROAR throughout this storyline. Adam has his balls back. Adam is showing he is NOT just some blow hard, and is actually making people take notice. Far too long, people would just hurl insults at Adam, he'd bluster around, and then he would be hushed like a naughty boy who just got scolded. Now, it's payback.

This is the stuff I wish Bianca had done instead of the whole Babe is Love sh!t, "Am I mad at Babe? Gee golly, you bet I am!"

Why is it okay for Adam to do all of this, but not okay for the MartinCareys to have done what they did, you might ask? Simple. It's guaranteed that Adam will be villified for years about this, while the MartinCareys will always be excused for kidnapping, fraud, adultry, torture and murder and continue to pass judgment and hand down self-righteous critiques of others.

I'm loving how they're really, really, really trying hard to build Krystal up as this tough as nails, strict, law abiding mother. Never mind the fact that she taught her daughter to be a two dollar whore.

As a teacher I cannot be objective. I just see through my own eyes how destructive this Bianca is now bi storyline is to young gay teens and it makes me sad. This character who was once so secure in her sexuality is now being portrayed as a lesbian happy to have sex with a male body. In addition her daughter is only brought up as an after thought and her only concern is her own wants and needs. I personally find the character disgusting. This kind of selfishness is reserved more for a villian in some kind of melodramatic short story and that is what Bianca has become in my opinion. A selfish self-observed twit. Kind of like the baby-stealer she so loves. Good riddance to her. She cannot leave soon enough for me.

Like some gay groups have said. No representation over poor representation. Its hard enough being a gay teen let alone one with this sad case for a role-model. Personally I feel she has hurt the cause so much in the last six months its almost undone what she did in the last six years previous to that. And anyone who pats themselves on the back for this storyline I invite them to visit a local high school and see what the reaction is. The reception they receive will not be pleasant. That is how out of touch ABC daytime is with their desired audience. I am pretty sure. They have no idea how today's teens feel I can see based on their shitty storylines. And the ratings tell the story. If Days was not crashing and burning AMC sure would be. Sorry but it just pisses me off so much to see the few positive gay role-models trashed for ratings gimmicks that I cannot hold my tongue. These kids have it hard enough but this kind of [!@#$%^&*] just blows my fuse. No offense to anyone.

Oh God, you have GOT to be kidding me.

I 100% disagree with everything you just said. First, saying Bianca is a villian bc she is in love with a transgender is ridiculous. Second, are we to believe that Zoe is a bad role model for all young transgenders out there? I don't know why this has to be so one-sided with everyone caring about Bianca and no one giving two sh!ts about Zoe and the TG community. Finally, I don't know why it's so unrealistic and impossible for a lesbian to not have feelings for a TG. It has been proven that sexual orientation can be such a gray area and not 100% gay or straight. You probably wouldn't judge any human being on the street for being like this, so why must Bianca now be called a villian and hated on? You all need to get OVER it. Plus, she's not some whore having sex with Zoe. Hell, they aren't even going to be living in the same COUNTRY.

High school kids should be in school anyway - and not basing their lives off a soap opera character.

I think this particular storyline not only offended some, but confused others like me.

As daytime's only lesbian, there was a responsibility for Bianca to represent that role. Instead, she fell in love at first sight with a man who talked about aura's and then revealed he was a transgender. As a writer, it's important that a character have layers, but Zoe/Zarf was a cliche of stereotypes. After a while, it was just too much, but I digress.

AMC pimped this story as being seen through Bianca's eye. It was never really about Zarf/Zoe, but rather Bianca's reactions. She went from being attracted to a MAN, kissing a man because the "physical" form didn't matter, shouting disbelief that Zarf/Zoe was trasgender, complete acceptance and love at first sight after all. Bianca's motivations stopped making sense to me a long time ago. Her insinstence that she forgive Babe and bashing others who didn't accept the out there Zarf/Zoe were just too much. She judged her family mercilessly, but Zoe/Zarf was suppossed to be welcomed with open arms?

Moreover, I'm not really convinced that Zarf/Zoe was transgeder. I know that was the point of the story but it always seemed like he was a guy in drag; pardon my expression but a stand in lesbian. So, it wouldn't be too taboo if she were making out with a man because he had on eaarings, red liptick and a dress.

I don't think Bianca is a villain, but bi sexual. She's phsyically attracted to both men and women.

But like others, I have no use for the character, straight, bi or whatever. I hope the revolving door has closed for her. She's dead to me for so many reasons.

I hope you understand where I'm coming from.

I co-sign to what R Sinclair posted too.

Aw Hells to the no!!!!

You cannot be basing your opinion off of something that is fictional! And to say that you cannot be objective, of course you are only going to look at this storyline at a close-minded way. You are upset w/ the whole thing, we get that, but to call Bianca a villain is reaching, let alone a poor role model. How is she selfish? How is she needy? In my honest opinion, Binks is not acting out of character. She forgave Babe b/c it is in Bianca's traits to be forgiving of someone. She fell in love w/ a TG, is that out there? If it is possible, then it is possible. Another poster backed it up, so it is plausible. Not to mention the fact that ppl only look at it from Bianca's side...what about Zarf/Zoe's side? Being one-sided is terribly unfair and unjustified. And if it really bothers you to a point where it pisses you off to a great deal, don't watch!

I understand where you're coming from - and I understand the frustration of CanFan. But the extremist opinion she has really seemed ridiculous to me - especially calling Bianca a villian and saying she's a poor role model. I understand if you didn't enjoy the storyline or were confused, but to be so extreme is a little too much for me.

Also, Bianca did not fall in love at first sight with Zarf/Zoe. She was a little intrigued at his quirky personality, but never on an intimate/physical level. Then she really hated Zarf/Zoe for weeks when she thought Zarf was faking this TG thing. It wasn't until recent weeks where she really began to love Zoe on any level. I just don't think we can say Bianca fell in love at first sight - bc that is definitely not true IMO.

A few weeks ago, there was a scene between Bianca and Josh. I think they were at her apartment.

Anyway, Bianca confessed to Josh that she loved Zarf/Zoe at her first sight. I don't doubt that her feelings developed, but she did make that admission to Josh. If I remeber the epsiode, I'll post that info but she did tell Josh that she loved Zarf/Zoe from the start.

I understand where Q Steph is coming, and see how CanFan is frustrated. But that was reaching, even for me, which I don't get. Not enjoying the storyline and characters involved is one thing, but to go out of the way and blantantly trash a character b/c they feel it is out of context is another. I am trying my best to understand that, and/or at least be impartial to it. Looking at soaps in a one-sided level, you are not going to enjoy it, and will be enfuriated as CanFan was, and also confused.

On this one, ITA with...Q Steph.

Except Bianca's not dead to me. I'm just not going to miss her.

Bianca: Oh, you know -- all this is because --

Josh: Because of what?

Bianca: Because she was right. When Zoe first came to town, she was right -- about us.

Josh: Bianca? Zoe was right about what?

[Flashback In]

Zoe: The moment I saw you, it was like being struck by lightning. Do you believe in love at first sight?

[Flashback Out]

Bianca: Do you believe in love at first sight?

[Flashback In]

Josh: From the bar to the beach, with the craziest, bravest blonde I've ever met.

[Flashback Out]

Bianca: When Zoe looked at me -- but you know what? It was -- it was just -- it was too much. It was -- she was Zarf, she was famous. But at the same time, she was Zoe. And she was right. I couldn't see it then. But now I do.

    • The show loses me once the crime stories are in overload.  Heather and Jerry's marriage doesn't excite me. It would have been tawdry, but I think there should have been more lingering in Heather and/or Greg's feelings for the other. Or at least having someone suspect that their newfound sibling relationship was more complicated. But none of their parents were around. It just feels like they burned through too much story there too quickly.  Ellen and Dale's romance definitely seems intriguing. I don't think I knew they toyed with Jill having feelings for Dale, which would have meant that Jill was once again considering going after her mother's man. That's a very interesting dynamic. With David coming home from Hong Kong, and Tom afraid of David's involvement, I think they should have given Tom and Jill a try. Tom trying to use Jill to buy respectability and maintain power at the law firm.  Vicki and Tony's affair seems like fun with Vicki just seeming to see Tony as more of a sexual object and it leading to a health crisis. There was probably some space to explore that both Tony and Ginger's fathers were criminals (Tony's bio dad). I can't remember if Harry Wilson/Ike Harding died, fled town, or went to prison. If he was alive, I think he would have been worth revisiting.  What fascinated me about "Somerset" in early 1976 is its a show of remnants, pieces of the show's different eras, and they seem to sorta work, not as well as more well defined canvas would. I do think a streamlining was needed, but I am not sure if the criminal angle was the best route to choose.
    • Thanks for finding that about the Andrade home. I think it wasn't show in the opening weeks, but I may be wrong. With Danny in Los Angeles and Santana on her own, I don't think much space was given to Rosa and Reuben. It might have been nice to see them engaged in a healthy relationship threatened by Rosa keeping Santana's recently uncovered pregnancy from Reuben or even a visit from one of their other chidlren.  During the 1991 dinner, I think Rosa stated she would go home after work, which I took to me that she left the Capwell estate.

Shortly after her prayer Felicia is told that Charles has rallied and has regained consciousness. Felicia now is determined to avoid Eddie and honor her promise. Bruce explains to Lynn that he must contact her parents or he and Van could be legally charged for allowing a minor child to live with them without parental consent. Bruce doubts Lynn’s assurance that her parents could care less, and is shocked when he discovers for himself that Lynn’s mother is as unfeeling as the girl has claimed. He informs a delighted Lynn that he plans to become her legal guardian.

    • 1976 Pt 2 The Organization has retained Michael Selby to represent their hit men. The district attorney recognizes his opponent as a noted courtroom specialist and knows he has his work cut out for him. Raising technicality after technicality, Selby quickly eliminates Lieutenant Price’s testimony implicating Bailey and Jerry’s testimony about Heather’s being assaulted. ‘Then, after cutting Julian’s testimony out as common knowledge, Selby goes straight to the heart of the  prosecution’s case. He demands that Carrie be produced now, sure that she’s been taken by the Organization. To Selby’s horror and shock, the doors open and Carrie walks in, and the courtroom explodes into pandemonium. As soon as the judge can restore order, Carrie is sworn in and begins her testimony. When court recesses for the day, Steve is confronted by another Organization man, Franklin, who questions him about why he took Carrie away. Steve tells him that Carrie was so frightened by the hit man lurking around that he saw his opportunity to be alone with her and “score.” Steve then adds that she wasn’t at all cooperative or friendly—she just cried all the  time—so he dumped her. He insists he has no idea how the police got her after that. Franklin accepts his story, and Steve learns that his next test is to testify to just what he’s told Franklin, omitting, of course, the reference to the hit man. Carrie insists upon a meeting with Steve and begs him not to go underground. He tells her he can’t back out now; you can’t go through life letting somebody  else do it all the time. Steve takes this opportunity to inform Lieutenant Price that he has to dump on Carrie on the witness stand for the Organization, but he can’t stop now. Julian, irate that Selby has blocked any reference to Nurse Fellowes’s disappearance and murder, as she was the only witness who could corroborate Carrie’s testimony, confronts Selby on this evasion. Selby | coldly tells Julian that there is no concrete connection between the nurses’ death and anything else that’s happened in this case and that to bring it into this trial would be a miscarriage of law. Julian, realizing  that it all falls on Carrie’s shoulders now, warns her that Selby will be out for blood; he has to make the court believe she’s lying.  The next day the district attorney introduces Carrie’s tape recorder. The tape, burned, as is the recorder, is barely audible. Selby calls for a mistrial, claiming that his clients’ reputations have been damaged enough. As the judge calls a recess: to consider the motion before the bench, the district attorney admits that he predicted everything Selby would do to this point, but had not guessed about this motion. If it works and there’s a new trial, Carrie is in far greater danger.  Steve now tells Castor that either he’s working for  the Organization as of now or he’s going to look elsewhere for a job. Castor offers the rainy weather as an excuse to wait before contacting “him,” because “the iron in him’Il be driving him crazy.” Realizing that this is a lead, Steve starts to write it down. When he is nearly caught, he warns himself that from now on  everything he learns will have to be kept in his head.  As soon as possible, he passes the “iron” clue along to Julian. The district attorney gains a respite when the judge  turns down the mistrial motion, but the tape has been disallowed also, ruled inadmissible. So it’s Selby’s turn to cross-examine Carrie. When he forces her to admit that she never actually saw the hit man, Selby turns to the jury and informs them that this proves she’s been lying. He then suggests this has all been a plot to boost the circulation of the newspaper she works for. Selby then goes to work on Carrie’s personal morals. Since she’s admitted that she and Steve spent three days in the apartment, alone together, he asks questions and makes insinuations designed to make the jury believe this was actually a sleazy affair. To Carrie’s horror, he then calls the landlady, Mrs. Wilson who testifies that that Steve and Carrie, registered as Mr. and Mrs. Clark, spent the three days in question drinking and partying with loud music and assorted other sounds coming from their rooms until late each night. Carrie rises to her feet and screams at Mrs. Wilson, ““You’re lying!” Steve is served with a subpena.  Joe Castor visits “the man”: Fred Harrington! Castor gives Harrington his report on Steve. He thinks Steve, with his computerlike mind, could be invaluable in helping the Organization work out money-exchange problems. Harrington tells Castor he wants the trial over as soon as possible, no matter how it goes. Those men are expendable; he has a bigger problem: Julian.
    • Given the weird fantasies/out of town barn trips she does for Reva/Kyle, I can't see it either. (Not to mention Kyle's obsessive talking to paintings, or Billy's nightmares.)
    • She would be great, but I of course am thinking of her in What's Love Got to Do with It.
