No, I doubt it. How hard would it be to get her to come in just to film some glamour shots? If you were on maternity leave, wouldn't you mind coming in one day just to film those? I would want to be included in my show's new opening. We can't put this on the actors. This is all PGP or the production company they hired to create the opening (if it wasn't done by in-house).

The whole "now you see it and now you don't" news about the opening is pathetic. Not to mention how they keep dodging all opening related comments on the blog.

The problem with PGP is that they don't even have a PROFESSIONAL outlet online. A blog? That's great, but give your shows a site at least. You would think that with the official message boards they would get a clue from the posters and fix the show.

For the outsiders, this thread hasn't reached 9 pages just because of a damn opening, its because of all the bullshit fans have to go through just to see an opening. There hasn't been this much buzz surrounding our show since it turned 50 last year.

Thanks for the link. Man do I want a Craig and Meg pairing now with SB in the role. I hate the way Jean P. is still writing Craig. It looks like we will get some good Lucinda/Craig scenes. Because all this Cloe/Gwen hour is getting old real fast.

Hey P.J, that is true but there's nothing from PGP (except for a discussion board and blog), we used to have one as a part of SoapCity, but PGP hasn't invested in its own site which Sony/Corday have with Y&R and DOOL. Same with B&B.

Yeah, someone over at one of the sites that shall not be named claims to work for a CBS affiliate and that when they were doing their programming lineup or something for daytime, the opening was previewed. This person also gave the order in which characters appear.....

But you have to take what some people say with a grain of salt.

Here's a thought ---

Perhaps the new opening *was* supposed to premiere yesterday, but was pulled at the last minute and postponed because of legitimate concerns over pre-emptions regarding the Virginia Tech massacre.

Or perhaps someone just made it up and was able to pull the wool over everyones eyes.

Not trying to sound mean, but it's not like it would be the first time a false soap rumor made its way around the net and had people believing it.

Just something to think about....

I don't watch ATWT or any other CBS soap, but I was basing what I said on what was being talked about ealier in this thread in which it was said that someone who claimed to have work for a CBS affiliate posted a rumor about a new opening on another board. That made me skeptical about it.

I just glanced over some of the ATWT website at cbs.com and couldn't find anything about it.

I honestly have no idea if there is a new ATWT opening coming or not, but I hope you guys get one.

I've been reading through this thread, and it seems the date keeps changing.....first the 9th, then the 16th, and then someone said the 23rd. That just seems odd to me.

Much like OLTL should have updated their opening a week or two ago.

It just leaves me scratching my head.

That is what I am starting to think also Scotty, there were even a few people posting Yesterday, that they could have sworn that some of the pictures were updated in the current opening, though I really could not tell myself though.
