Yea there is a difference and you are forced. Ugh. I would hate being forced to work someplace I don't want to at all but I have not been put in that position before. I have loved all my previous jobs and current ones (I have two since I volunteer on two political campaigns)

My old job asked me back and made me a damn good offer, but i declined because i cant work in that place. not after all that went down. Then my other old job in retail wants me back but thats a messed up place to work so i turned them down. And now my parents want me to run a place theyw ant to open up. Nope. been there done thatit doesnt work. I like where i am. Its simple, easy, laid back, and no stress and not much work either.

I think when I used to work at the grocery store they could ask me to come back with a big salary increase but I would not take it

I'm back at the hospital. I didn't have to beg but I would have if need be. It's where I belong, where I am least uncomfortable. The crazy schedule is the least of my concerns. I tried teaching and had all of the paper qualifications but I am not cut out for it.
