Hey Vee..... My sister is going to TN to get married Friday and when they get back they are having a reception for the family on Sunday. And I am in charge of the wedding cake. At first she just wanted a cake with some icing on it now she wants a three tiered fondant covered cake that I am so not in the mood to make.

Sometimes being satisfied with something simple is always the best way to go...I hope she wanted one because she knows that you are good at what you do and not just as a way to show off... I hope things get alittle bit smoother for you.
