Ryan Got Run Over By A Reindeer

*This is a parody of the song "Grandma Got Run Over By A Reindeer"-enjoy!*

Ryan got run over by a reindeer

Walking home from Annie's (or is it Kendall's? Greenlee's?) house Christmas Eve

Now you can say there's no such thing as Dynamite Kiddo

But as for me and Grandpa we just believe

He'd been drinking too much Stupid Juice

And we begged him please do go

But he'd left his tighty whiteys

So he stumbled out the door right into the snow

When they found him Christmas mornin'

At the scene of the Dynamite Kiddo attack

There were poop and hoof prints on his forehead

And incriminatin' claus marks on his ferret face back

Ryan got run over by a reindeer

Walking home from Annie's (or is it Kendall's? Greenlee's?) house Christmas Eve

Now you can say there's no such thing as Dynamite Kiddo

But as for me and Grandpa we just believe

Now we're all so proud of grandpa

He's definitely been takin' this so well

Sittin' in there watching pornos

Drinkin' urine and playin' cards with cousin Oaf

It's definitely Christmas without Ryan

All the family's dressed in black

And they just can't help but wonder

Should we open up his gifts or send them back

Ryan got run over by a reindeer

Walking home from Annie's (or is it Kendall's? Greenlee's?) house Christmas Eve

Now you can say there's no such thing as Dynamite Kiddo

But as for me and Grandpa we just believe

Now the booze is on the table

And the poopy pudding made of fig

And a blue and silver Dynamite Kiddo candle

That would have just matched the hair in Ryan's wig

I've warned all my friends and neighbors

Better watch out for Ryan and make sure he stays dead

They should never give a license

To a man named Ryan who drives a sleigh and plays with himself

Ryan got run over by a reindeer

Walking home from Annie's (or is it Kendall's? Greenlee's?) house Christmas Eve

Now you can say there's no such thing as Dynamite Kiddo

But as for me and Grandpa we just believe

Well, like your parents Adam, my parents don't get online to read about AMC - so most everything that happens entertains them - and they like Babe too. My dad really likes her and thinks Alexa is amazing. I think he just has a crush...haha. Also my 2 college friends that watch AMC daily like Babe too and hate JR (they are girls).

I have Alexa Havins as a friend on MySpace and she has lots of fans that write on her wall everyday with "We love Babe!!!" - now whether they are just trying to get Alexa to write her or they really do like Babe - I don't know.

Also, in regards to RSinclair's reply - I love you too BOO! ha - anyway I think Justin and Colin are better than we got today. Justin wasn't bad with Dixie's death - and Colin has proved he could be sad/emotional/vulnerable on Nip/Tuck. But the writing is half of the reason why they sucked today I think. They didn't really give Justin the lines or scenes to show remorse...and Josh was written to just be a screaming jerkhole to JR. Now granted, he could have put some emotion other than anger into those scenes, but it would be more believable for Josh to walk up to JR and punch him and then go cry alone to himself. It just could have been much better IMO.

Anyway Bobbie was amazing...and I've only seen the first half! I just got back from class - so I'm off to see the rest now!

Sorry Alex, I am with your boo, R ;) in regards to Justin and Colin. No range....

Colin I'd say is slightly better but they were both models and cast based on their looks and rock hard bodies.... not their acting skills. Jacob Young just happens to possess both :) Jacob did a good job today, J.R was shocked, upset, he just didn't know what to feel regarding the Pig's oopps I mean Babe's death.

Ok - I just watched the last half:

Loved that music montage. So sad - and Kylie, you'll hate me for this, but the Erica/Josh hug got to me! :( So sad. Oh and you could tell that Spike was PISSED that he had to go with Ryan...did you see the tears on that baby!!! Alicia did a great job with those scenes too. Jacob Young sold me in the last half too - great job. Maybe this will teach JR to be nicer in the long run...hopefully anyway.

Can't wait for tomorrow!!! It'll definitely be a break from the sadness and doom/gloom. Special episode almost.

Oh, heavens. An attempt at lighthearted whimsy with this current batch of script writers...?

If they really, really, really insist on keeping McTavish at the helm because she and her agent have pics of Frons getting blown by a goat, then the least they could do is surround her with increasingly better breakdown and scriptwriters.

I maintain that Shelley Moore, Susan Wald and my girl, Mary Sue Price, kept GH's collective head above water during McTavish's year of horror on that show. Yes, the plots were typical McTavish devices and cliches, and the characterizations were formulaic, but the dialog was still decent.

I KNEW IT!!

Being in the metropolitan area, I watch on ABC 7 NY, and when I watched my tape, Bill Evans or Sam Champion or whatever weather person, broke into the episode before the openening scenes. So by the time they went back to the show, it was during the theme music, so I never got to see who wrote the show.

BUT...

I had a strong feeling that today's script was Cohen's because I just loved the dialog. Tad's speech to Krystal was amazing. Krystal's speech to her little dead Babe was moving... Even JR's dialog with Jamie was good.

There was only one moment that made go

Jack saying to Derek and Tad that Hannah Nichols is a long shot.

Um... are you serious? Someone's killing these women as a part of a grudge against Zach... and the mother of his dead son is a long shot?

But a world famous rockstar who had no reason to fcuk up his career by murdering any of these people is such an obvious suspect -- because he didn't care that a person he didn't know was dead?

No wonder people come to Pine Valley to murder, rape, kidnap and baby swap. These fools can't tell their heads from their asses.

Oh, gawd! You're probably right. Hell, after that acid trip she wrote on New Year's Eve, tomorrow should be right up her alley.

F.U. Josh Madden! You know, I'm the type of person that would've yelled- I'm glad that skank is dead!! Haha! Take that!

Bianca was too nice for Babe. How dare this clown act like one of his balloons have popped by demanding Bianca become BFF's with the baby snatcher?! STFU!

I mean, really. Don't you just love that? He wasn't around for 3/4 of the stunts Babe's pulled since the Carey Girls came to town, yet he's filled with so much self-righteous judgment on how others should treat this girl. Because, I guess Bianca was right. "Babies are like purses!"

I agree with Justin. Justin is mostly just fluff. He is greatest when he is in lovy dovy scenes or when he is not really apart of anything that is dramatic. He worst best as a ssupporting character who has quips and is mostly sidelined. He has a comedic timing IMO and he does great with light stuff. Justin IMO can't do drama all that well. He could be dark but from what I've seen I just think he does best when he works with happy, fluff.

Colin IMO is dramatically better then Justin. Leaps and bounds better. I think if they wrote Josh as having a life and who had other hobbies besides Babe, Babe and Babe. Then I think he could be a great character. I don't think Colin's portrayal is the problem. But at this point it's just too much. Too much anger, too much rage and too much one noted writing. Jacob gets this way as well. He screams, yells and hollers and honestly I don't think it's any better. I think mostly it's the writing. No actor can stay being the same (angry) 24/7 and make it appear interesting or good. It beomes tiring and idiotic. I remember Cameron during the "I am that monster" and I just don't think any actor could pull off ther 24/7 rage scenes that this writing staff so fondly use for their male characters.

IMO Colin is one of the better "younger" male actors. I guess it's just me but I don't find Jacob soo deliciously hott as others see him as. I think he's regular. I see no Brad Pitt at all in him and I actually am unbelieveablly obsessed with Brad Pitt. But I just don't see it. I don't see JR as Brad Pitt or unbeleiveablly hot at all.

    • @DeeVee Claire is a perfect example. So many women came to Springfield as competent, smart, and talented professionals. Then they’d attract a so-called “good guy,” get dumped, and spiral into complete chaos. What always strikes me is how clearly it plays like a male fantasy—yet it was written and sold to a female audience.
    • I just watched some parts of an episode of GL where Roger has just been shot by Holly. Rita then admits to Hillary that Roger raped her. Kasdorf is such a fantastic actress. I wish there were more of her work available.
    • -- Alex Alegria has almost a full sleeve tattoo on one arm and a large tatt on one pec. I see no indication that the show is covering up his ink,
    • Didn't Carrie2 even seduce a minor? Ick. Oh, yeah, and she even tried to seduce Alan, but this was his post-prison era when he was trying to prove to everyone he had changed. It's funny that of all people he didn't go for it. Wait. Josh had an affair with Vanessa? Or she just thought he did? I know people always say "it's just a soap" but the way mental illness is portrayed on soaps (and that goes for pretty much all of them) has always been not great, especially PPD. They practically turned Claire into The Joker. She also was trying to seduce men. (I notice that now Mary Ryan Munisteri is listed as co HW with Ryder in the 1986 episodes, Claire has calmed down a lot. Never thought her GL career was very good but seems like she tried to course correct that a bit).
    • sss Ms. Tunie is a goddess. I feel all the anger, pride, sadness, arrogance, dignity, fear, love, and other emotions in everything she does as Anita.
    • You're right. People like me who stuck with her, did so because of her history. The show just skated her along with no story,  no goal, no aim. Right again! This is who I forgot before. When you describe her, it makes me appreciate her more. Thinking back I loved Mandy.
    • Maybe Guza is becoming Y&R Head writer and Jilly will be named EP! Remember CBS installed Latham as consultant and later Mal Young, both of whom took over the show. Of course, they each got credit during the consulting days.
    • Don't forget Carrie, who as Carrie2 was screwing everything in pants, and PPD Reva, who to either get back at Josh for his supposed affair with Vanessa (or just to prove she's more desirable than Van) tries to screw half the male population.
    • Post-production isn't exactly akin to sweeping the floors, but it makes more sense given her CV.  And, it would invalidate any concerns that she has an undo influence on the creative process, as opposed to visual and sound design of the show.  In fact, given her interests, it makes sense that she would want to consult and see the impact of newer technology in a post-production facility.  I could only imagine how much has changed in sound technology since she worked on SB, and that might be intriguing to utilize. As well as their impending move (not as soon as B&B, but we all know it will happen) and helping set up post-production at the new facility.
    • The last five or so episodes of season 8 after the Jean Hackney story ended were pretty strong with the Laura/Val friendship breakdown, Ben's PTSD with Val trying to help him, and the start of Jill realizing that Val was as much of a threat to her happiness with Gary as Abby was. I always thought that the Jean Hackney story should have ended at mid season at the latest... and then deal with the fall-out because seeing Ben/Val switch roles with Ben in mental decline instead of Val would have been interesting to explore.  And seeing Val and Laura's friendship suffer also was interesting and should have been explored especially with Karen caught in the middle and Abby both intrigued and amused at the conflict that she didn't cause. However, season 8 was the only Latham run season where Val was well written.
