You need to see the story when Erica was a druggie. I liked when she went to Front Street to score some pills.

Okay, then go find anything from when RF came back. Go find the Maddie fall out. Go find me (and I want it more then you know) clips of her last miscarriage. Find clips of her face and reaction when she found out Dimitir cheated on her. Go find the clips of her dying in David's arms. Go find clips of her with Bianca during her anorexia. Go find clips of D&E in the basement. Go find clips of Mona's death.

Oh totally, her pills was amazing stuff too.

Oh, and find her finally recalling when she raped. Or when she told Myrtle what it was like to have her rapists baby inside of her. Find clips of her fight with David in the clinic where every fear of hers from when she was 14 year old child, was thrown back at her in Bianca's situation.

Find clips of her in the Betty Ford clinic. Find clips of her struggling to be sober, but not willing to admit she had a problem. Find the night she delievered Maddie. Find the day she found she was pregnant the last time, with Dimitri. Go watch the D&E clips I have posted, see the lighter, happier, more adorable and childlike Erica. Go find out all of her layers, then [!@#$%^&*] to me about Erica. Otherwise, I find it all empty words, and your just talking about a character you know next to nothing about.

My fondest memories of Erica are when she battled drug addiction and how much anguish and suffering she endured with Bianca not being in her life. Erica is as selfish as they come, but the way she just would give it all up for Bianca. Wow. You never knew Erica Kane had it in her. Everything was always for Bianca. That's why it was such a great storyline to have Bianca come out as gay. Because it shell shocked Erica and totally turned their relationship upside down. Still though till this day it is always about her children. Even though that is all she seems to do is meddle in their lives, her children mean more to her than any outfit or talk show ever could.

Long live Erica Kane. She is and always was AMC.

Thank you. And I know you love the D&E clips, but that's normal, they do that. Hehe. As for Erica, it's simple...if you know her, and her past, and still hate her, more power to you. But if you don't know her. If you haven't seen her at her best, her worst and all the wonderfully flawed goodness in between, and you still hate her...I have a problem. Erica is my favorite character, EVER. Daytime or Primetime. So consider it my civic duty to ensure that if you hate Erica, you hate her for who she really truly is, and not just for her incarnation/POD version she is now. LOL

I totally agree with you Kylie. Erica is like everyone on this show a shell of themselves. I really want to see the Saint Maria in the pushup bra speech again. Oh man that was the AMC I loved. I wish someone who had some of those scenes would post them. I know how hard it is to keep old tapes though so I won't hold my breath. Oh and her marriage to Adam. That was classic Erica too. There are tons of storyline potential for Erica and this is the best they can give us? Pathetic.
