I found it funny as hell that she ahd a completely different hair style form the season finale to the next season premiere, and she hadn't left the hospital.

What.....do they have a hair dresser stationed in the hospitall?

My favorite moments:

Reading of Jock's Will (The toast between J.R. and Bobby is still a classic ending).

The moment at the Barbeque, when Miss Ellie said she would break Jock's will and sell EO.

BBG's performance during the trial to break Jock's will.

Bobby & Ray's sting operation on Walt Driscoll.

Holly pulling a gun on J.R.

Sue Ellen getting her heart broken once again.

The car crash involving Sue Ellen & Mickey.

The aftermath, including the musical score in the next episode.

Ray finding out that J.R. set up Walt Driscoll.

And.......the legendary fight and fire at Southfork.

The very best season in the show's history. Every single episode ahd at least one great moment and all of them had memorable cliffhangers, making you tune in the next week. Everything that happens - Rebecca's tragedy, what happen to Mickey, Pam and Bobby's marriage, J.R. and Sue Ellen's marriage, her battle with the bottle.......it made the next season pale in comparison. It seemed like it took almost all of that next season to wrap up this season, and, even though they were great seasons, Dallas did not, IMO, reach the level it had in this season again.

One great year. :)

The thing I found dissappointing is that the only storyline they could come up with for sue ellen was her problems with the bottle. An thats the reason why Linda Gray left, the second best actress on the show right after Miss Ellie. When she left the show jumped the shark to me. I don't understand why they got rid of all of their good actresses, I know some left on their own terms, but it was funny how they seemed to be replaced by really younger women callie/april/sly/aprils sister(I forgot her name).

Michelle (Kimbery Foster). That was their attempt to get a younger audience, and it backfired terribly. The last 3-4 seasons were just painful to watch.

IA about LG leaving. She has said on more than one occasion that all LK had her do is have affairs, get drunk and go back to J.R. That's why i think she got sick of it, all though there still is debate if she was fired or quit.

I'm only 3 episodes in, but what I'm hearing sounds amazing. I am not liking Sue Ellen going back to JR, either. I liked her being with the Farlows and being independant in season 5. I dont like her running back to JR after all the years he mistreated her.

And just how long must I endure the mullet?

I also hated that sue ellen left with that ugly man from England, why didn't they just bring dusty back? I don't think she was fired because she was really tight with larry hagman and still is, he would of went to bat for her. Plus she does too many things Dallas related for that to be true, if she was fired why would she want anything to do with Dallas. I know she's classy, but still. I wonder if victoria principal/pam was fired? I also hated on the JR returns reunion movie how sue ellen went back to jr, although it was kinda on her terms but you would think she would have nothing to do with him after all those years. But I loved how none of the tramps(except sly) were on that reunion.lol Don't even get me started on how they did donna and ray.lol

Ruined Donna & Ray. Ray was one of favorites, but he was written to be such an ass sometimes. I loved Donna. Victoria quit, because she realy hated how Pamela was changed from who she was in the mini and first season to this boring saint in the later years.

What I didn't like was how Clayton was changed to being kind of a wimp. he as Jock's equal when he was introduced, and then when he and Miss ellie got married, he was softer. Almost like they didn't want him being more powerful than Bobby and J.R.

An they completely ruined lucy by putting her with that boring-ass mitch. Lucy was a bit of a bad girl, spunky, bright, and fun to watch before he came into the picture. That Lucy was brought back a little when she was paired with Mickey, but that didn't last long. Then they put her back with Mitch. I never understood why they turned lucy into such a goody-two shoe, in a way you can say that about all the women except Sue Ellen(only because she was married to jr, so she had to get down and dirty). You could also say that about donna but again we know how that story ended. I don't blame Victoria/Pam for leaving, but her reason for leaving was laughable, I own the first season, I don't see any difference in her character then to the time she left, I'm confused. Pam stood up to jr she did that to beginning to end, she stood up to bobby again from beginning to end, basically she held her own, she whipped lucy into shape again from beginning to end, what was the difference?

Yes but she had much more of an edge to her, IMO. That was lost by the time she left. I also own the first season, and loved the fact that even though she was married to Bobby, she stil couldn't stand Jock. That started to change and, by the time Jim had passed away and Jock was killed off, she was going through this change. And then, in season 5, she leaves Bobby because of how he had changed, and basically balmed her mother's death on his fight for EO with J.R. I feel that the woman she was in the first season would not have done that.

And, the way she told Bobby in PD's last season before his break, how he should marry Jenna and be with her because he owed it to her......was that the same woman wh would have fought in the mud with Jenna for Bobby in seasons past? IMO, no. :)
