I dont think Days will be canned anytime soon. But what gives u the idea another network would pick it up? You sure are positive about that one. AW, Santa Barbara and Sunset Beach were canned and no other network picked them up.

ABC was thisclose twice to getting Days. I don't want it to happen but I know it will. I would much prefer CBS to get them but ABC would pull out all the stops.

I don't want them to move but I know they would end up somewhere and big changes would happen to the show. Plus, a soap will probably be cancelled or two may be cut to a half hour to make room for them and I hate that.

I just know it will happen based on what has happened with Days' past close calls with NBC.

And we all know what a disaster that would be.

I don't even want to picture what DAYS would be like under Frons's vile control. I've already lost one soap because of him (PC), and I don't intend to lose another the same way.

Also, that made me remember that vets would be backburned, dropped to recurring, or just cut completely. However, with ABC, recurring actors are NEVER used. And we would get a whole slew of newbies, who would have horrible actors or actresses, we might even get a new opening theme which would be bad and destroy the last of the few things we have of Macdonald Carey's memory, and other bad, no, horrible things.
