info thanks to the Canadian recappers.
Victoria is in London on business, staying at a Newman apartment or suite there. Kyle had to go to Europe on business and secretly arrived in London to rendezvous with Victoria. They want to secretly tour Europe together.
Meanwhile, Billy, Cane, and Lauren are in London to see Jill. Billy remembers where Victoria would be staying (apparently he and Victoria stayed there together in the past when they were married). Billy surprises Victoria at the Newman London apartment, when he stops by there to discuss what to tell Johnny and Katie about Jill. The first time Billy stops by -- he knocks, and Victoria sees Billy through the peephole -- but she doesn't answer the door. Billy goes back there later in the same episode -- he is standing in the hallway outside the apartment door, ready to knock -- when Victoria opens the door to exit and the episode ends. Kyle is presumably still inside.
There's also Cane/Billy scenes elsewhere in London.
Lily tells Devon and Nate she's cancer-free.
Quoting the recap (link):
Lily asks Devon for updates on his college, and he says they're aiming to start classes in the fall. He’s in the middle of lining up faculty so there's someone to teach those classes. Devon mentions he's hoping to get Traci Abbott to teach creative writing and Daniel Romalotti to teach graphic arts. Nate and Lily think those are great picks. Devon asks Nate if he'd be interested in teaching a seminar.
(then the conversation changes to Lily officially firing Nate so he can go back to working as a surgeon, and Devon being glad that Nate's hand is healed.)
There are also Sally/Ruby/Audra scenes at Sally&Billy's place.
