November 27, 200619 yr Member So Rick, when will we first get the ratings? I don't know how long the delay will be. I can't wait to see them!
November 27, 200619 yr Member I don't remember ever having to wait this long for the ratings. Sheesh.
November 27, 200619 yr Member I am sure once Lskreet signs on we will have the ratings. Thursday was the holiday and i guess Nielsen took the Friday off too, so I would expect them today. However, I DO remember seeing ratings come out on Tuesdays following one or two American holidays last year! I hope they come out today though!
November 27, 200619 yr Member Tuesday at the earliest for the ratings, I believe. The Thanksgiving holiday always has the ratings coming out almost a week "late."

November 27, 200619 yr Member I KNEW GH would only get a 2.8!! Also WOO HOO for DAYS +.2 for the week!
November 27, 200619 yr Member If those are them, GH didn't do as good as I expected last week. But 2.8 is still fairly okay. Days fans I don't think will be happy because many of them felt sure Days would get at least a 2.7 because of Steve/Kayla & John/Marlena being so big that week. But at least they rose. I figured GL would go back down. Hate it but I saw it coming.
November 27, 200619 yr Member I KNEW GH would only get a 2.8!! Also WOO HOO for DAYS +.2 for the week! Right on. Those are the numbers I thought too. GO DAYS!!! Now the question is will GH hold that number for last week with Laura's goodbye. It still was a failure IMO nonetheless but whatever. These ratings look about right ademption. Thanks for finding them If those are them, GH didn't do as good as I expected last week. But 2.8 is still fairly okay. I figured GL would go back down. Hate it but I saw it coming. Actually Steve most Days fans were expecting a 2.6. Although, with the way ratings are, some only thought +1 or nothing at all. I figured +2 though. If they got a +3 I would've been shocked. Good week nonetheless though. I feel bad for GL but it was bound to happen. I only hope they can stay up where they are and put pressure on everyone else.

Relieved more like it but definitely content with these results. Also, Days held steady in the 18-49 demos at 1.8 which I can also take....
November 27, 200619 yr Member A 2.7, that would have been great, but in no way am i dissapointed with this weeks ratings. A gain of anything over .1 is considered VERY good in today's ratings, and DAYS got a .2 gain so I am happy! It also looks like they gained a bit in Women 25-54 and held steady in 18-49, and considering the gains for GH, that is pretty good!
November 27, 200619 yr Member Oh, I am happy too ademption and releived. It shows the audience is there and that the show just needs time. I also didn't go nuts and have high expectations like in the past. I was prepared for little or no bump at all but I figured we would get this so it's cool. Now I just want Days to hold on to it or at least stay around or above 2.5. The holiday last week and the fact that NBC may or may not count Friday (other soaps weren't on so maybe they picked up numbers but who knows) may mean that Days would've had to do well on Mon, Tues, and Wed if they are going to maintain or increase so we'll see. They look like they held serve in demos and increased a bit too which is very good considering GH and sweeps.

November 27, 200619 yr Member Was Nov 13th-17th the week that Luke and Laura got married? Or was that last week? I can't remember now. If it was Nov 13th week, it's kind of sad that GH put all that money into Laura's return and have the wedding and everything yet it didn't get above 3.0. What does a soap other than B&B/Y&R have to do to break into 3.0 territory again?
