Minor recast news from the P&G blog for ATWT

Faith and Sage are being slightly aged and recast

PARSLEY, SAGE, ROSEMARY AND... FAITH?

The roles of ATWT's second cousins, Faith and Sage Snyder, have been slightly aged and recast.

Holden and Lily's daughter, Faith, will be played, starting Wednesday, November 22, by Ashlee Marie Greiner. Ashlee has previously guest-starred on the primetime shows Rescue Me, Third Watch, and ironically, Hope & Faith. (Longtime ATWT viewers will remember that when Faith was first born, the evil David Stenbeck switched her with another baby, whom Holden and Lily called Hope. When the Snyders recovered their actual child, they named the tot Faith).

Meanwhile, Allie Gorenc will begin playing the role of Jack and Carly's daughter, Sage, on Thursday, December 7th.

I wonder what the Marlena thing is about and if this is finally the confirmation we have been waiting for on Hogan. I am pretty sure the Marlena thing is just her talking about how Marlena was a victim and how JER wrote her terribly but I am curious to see if that is the case or something big happens with her.

Maybe the rumours about John rescuing an imposter Marlena are true and the real one is still being held captive.

Deidre Hall would never say something like that in public.

Deidre Hall LOVED Reilly. He made her the core character of DAYS. She would never trash him.

Deidre's a professional who loves her job and the family that comes with it. She is however, also outspoken. I wish she WOULD say something. And I wish I could've seen the show where Marlena was the core character... I missed that. I was watching Days Of Our Lives...

I never said she would outright trash JER. All I was saying is maybe Deidre is commenting on how Marlena was out of character and Hogan is returning her to form. That is all.

I mean Peter Reckell and several others were very pro-JER when he returned and even they have trashed JER so would it not be realistic for Deidre not to say something either especially given the crap he gave her after the SSK plot? If she did, I will applaud her just like I have others. It gives insight into how the actors feel so I am all for that.

The LUMI stuff sounds amazing and I love Bo/Billie bonding. Lots of good Steve/Kayla stuff too.

Now I want to know what the deal is with Stefano and Marlena.
