Meredith's a slut. What more can I say?

Well, okay, I WILL say that I loved her "I want to feel like a LADY" or whatever the line said. It was very old-school and very true of today's dating world. She spoke for probably EVERY woman with that one line. Hate that she's such a spread-her-legs-wide-open b i t c h but LOVED that very telling line.

I loved this episode. Imo, it was the best so far this season.

George's resent of Callie moving in so fast hit home for me because I have let a boyfriend move in sooner than I wanted to (he quit his job and I was trying to be nice). Callie was right, though, that George should have just told her how he felt instead of convincing her patient to cancel his surgery. Although, I do think it's ridiculous how some people so many body parts instead of just accepting that they're getting older.

Derek interrupting Meredith's lunch date was very high school. She was right at the end that the guys spend more time watching each other than they do watching her. That said, ITA that she's a slut but she always has been. Even if she chooses Derek now, I don't see it lasting.

Addison needs to just accept that Mark is here now and wants to be with her. I loved the scene where she was crying in the storage closet and she told Meredith that she couldn't deal with seeing her face. Who could blame her?

I'm glad they're not rushing Burke's recovery. It should be interesting to see how Christina holds up over the long term. I hope they bring his mother back soon to clash with her, too.

Izzie was so sad standing outside the hospital all day. I'm looking forward to her reaction when she actually goes inside.

I can't get myself to call Meredith a slut, because she's not. She's messed up, but who isen't? And I liked her in this episode, she stood up for herself. Some may call her selfish, but these two men WANT her and she's torn. Girl power people!

Love Cristina trying to fix Burke.

Poor Izzie... I loved the last Alex/Izzie scene where he asked her where it hurt and she just said "everywhere..." - I love how they're handling her grief. Most shows just have it over in a second, but grief takes time.

I so want Addie and Alex to shack up. I just do. They'd be hot together. Even if I do like Alex/Izzie too at this point.

George/Callie are so realistic to me. It just seems like the kind of real problems that people deal with. When to move in, when is it too soon etc...

Loved the last scene, the three of them hanging out.

OH, come on, Pest Spray, despite what some feminists might want people to believe just so women can have permission to bed 1,000 different men and the world can lose the double standard -- something that will NEVER happen because deep down, most people know promiscuity isn't something to brag about -- MereHO is a slut. She's also a skank.

Christina and Dr. Burke :SIGH: Love these two together!

I may be the only one that finds "McDreamy" not so great. I prefer Alex instead :P

Callie is growing on me.

WORD on Pest Spray post on Meredith!

That last scene was so "cool."

I love Grey's, it sticks to its original formula, develops its characters, strong writing, it all = ratings success. Now if only DH could live up to its previous hype again.

Now we have McDreamy, McSteamy, McVet, and McSlut. Meredith makes me ill.

It's absolutely way too soon, and I'm still heartbroken about Denny and heartbroken for Izzie, but... what if Finn and Izzie eventually hooked up? That would be *so* adorable.

Still love Addison/Kate Walsh.

Love Callie. Although, I wish she hadn't covered McSlut's ass so many times already.

    • Ted has been icky and giving off bad guy vibe from the first moment I saw him. I have a sensor for that and it was beeping! So...don't put all the blame on Silkpress. The woman needs a good psychiatrist, true... but Leslie is just one of the skeletons in HIS closet. Ted is even a bigger monster, because he's hidden.  IT WAS A PERFECT REVEAL. Perfect, because in the beginning of the show... Dani was envying her sister's marriage... In these first few messy weeks... her own misery and life spiraling was contrasted to the picture-perfect marriage Nicole and Ted seemed to have. (on first glance). What happened now... is very very smart writing. THIS IS THE MOMENT THE MASKS ARE FALLING! The message it delivers to me is this. It says - no matter how things look... they are not what they seem. You can't judge a marriage by how it appears to be. Aaaand in the long run... maybe the messiest-looking people (Dani Dupree, I'm talking about you!) HAVE less issues and problems than the ones that seem to have it all. The ones with the MOST skeletons in the closets and the dirty pasts.   It was an AHA moment for the whole family and the viewers and a way forward for Dani and Nicole to bond even more and realize they are MORE alike than they are different. Now it will be quite a different dynamic, because Dani will have to SUPPORT someone and not be the one getting her wounds licked always. And also another lesson. Some men are dogs. Not all of them. But a lot of them are. The difference is... some can't be easily recognized. These creeps have put very impressive masks. The show is doing this perfectly. Beat by beat. Exploring classic soap opera themes and stories. Real-life characters and situations, that are relatable and make you think... Hmm... maybe I need to dig a little deeper next time I say "these people are perfect" or otherwise. Maybe I need to think MORE. That type of storytelling. It's not easy to do that.  Brava BTG.  B-R-A-V-A!
    • I speculate that Nicole will go through cycles of numbness/grief/rage.  At some point later on, regardless of DNA results (or faked results), whether there was a baby swap or not, I think Nicole will forgive Eva, and eventually love her someday.  Nicole will come to understand that Leslie gaslighted/manipulated Eva.  Nicole will be her loving self, although more guarded than before.   Just my thoughts.
    • Lol. That comment was just silly.  I feel like The Guiding Light started it when they made me love Roger Thorpe. Leslie is pussycat in comparison and there is a lot of story to go  for her and Eva.
    • Your posts continue to amuse me. I don't know anyone else who thinks Leslie and Eva should "hightail it out of town."  And listen, soaps have been FOR DECADES keeping around villains who we know would be jailed in real life. So is it crazy to think "they are just going to let this slide"? No. It's kind of hilarious to watch you take everything that happens on this show and distort it or lead me to think, "Huh???"
    • I can't even count the amount of magazine covers and photoshoots KKL has been in the past few months. Shame that the show is not mirroring the success she's having. It would have been so great to see both KKL and Brooke be on top.  I'm still holding a grudge that Brad rewrote the company take-over to a nothing... and then nulled Brooke to being a romance beggar again.
    • I'm also getting an error that I haven't seen before, but there's been a couple of different variations, so not going to worry about it for now.
    • Finally got to sit down and watch. Wow!  When LesDanLuAnn said to Ted, this your daughter. I started tearing up...... Eva got me.  I felt like I was watching a soap opera.

    • The drag was when Tad and Edmund went to Budapest (?) in 1997 to get Maddie back from Dimitri.
    • I know it's not happening but on the surface, there's nothing left for Leslie and Eva to do but to hightail it out of town, if they value their lives. Leslie has destroyed Ted's image, embarrassed and humiliated his wife and children, and unearthed the wrath of the entire Dupree family. She's crazier than I thought if she thinks they are just going to let this slide.
    • It will be amazing if we could record the skipped episodes. Did someone sent a list of the skipped youtube episodes to the guys that are filling in the gaps?
