Plus, it is quite clever as it gives both of them an alibi for when the hand commits acts. If EJ was ever to get accused, he has alibis. If Patrick was ever to be accused, he is has alibis. I also think there will be more involved than just Mr. Lockhart and EJ. I expect atleast two more people to be linked to this before it's all said and done.

So far we only know about EJ and Patrick. I thought Patrick was working for EJ, not vice versa. He's been in with the DiMeras before. How did he ever escape charges for what he was doing with Tony, whatever that was?

I know there's a rumor that EJ has a whole network of agents and spies in Salem, which could be neat.
