I actually cannot believe how stupid Rocky is being...first Alex dumps her, calls her a slut, and then she gets back together with him in a heartbeat and then she's surprised when he's off with her at prom.

I like that we're seeing a little bit more Lexie, and I actually cannot stand Breanna...she's not entertainingly [!@#$%^&*]y she's just a nasty ho who likes to make everyone else miserable.

This has been the worst, most boring LB that we have had. It was taken up by too much Jessica in the beginning and we never got to see or invest any time in Breanna or Lexie. I like Lexie now, but Breanna has had like what, five scenes? I am shocked that tonightis the season finale.

I really hope that Kyndra and Cami are back next year and I want one of them to be the narrator. They were by far the most entertaining. I still think that Tessa and Rocky both need haircuts, and they are way too co dependent on each other. I do not want them around next year, and get us better boys. I actually miss Talan.

Eh, hopefully the next season will be better. If not, can't really see it going beyond 4 seasons. I couldn't really get into any of the people in this cast. I have no clue why everyone on the show loves Cameran so much. They all seem so shallow to me. I don't remember the first batch of kids being as much like that.

we're a few weeks behind here on MTV Canada. Tonight is the episode where Alex calls Rocky a slut for us.

But yes - this has been the worst Laguna season, and worst season of a Liz Gatley show in general I've ever seen! These characters had no investing value, they had no story to tell, I don't even know why half of them were regulars because they were never there (Kelan, Chase, Breanna, Lexie). And the only people on it this season I did like was Rocky and Tyler(?)'s sister (and the non-present Chase)

she reminded me of a girl I used to work with at Tim Hortons. She was hot, and she was portrayed as [!@#$%^&*]y. Something key to any successful Laguna season and sorely lacking in this one. Kyndra looks like she used to be a man, and Cami is just a pathetic human being.

I think I'm only watching Laguna this season for Dan & Jessie's Aftershow.

Hills was sooooooo much better than this. Lauren & Jason's rollercoaster, Heidi and her boyfriend dramas. It was interesting. And I gave a damn about the characters. Same goes for 8th.

LB3? Almost the entire cast was boring, lifeless, and not worth learning their names.

    • Just beautifully done. I could name some minor quibbles, but I won't, because what DAYS gave us today was golden. That was soap opera at its finest, paying homage to history and legacy and actors and the audience. This is why we love soaps.
    • To clarify, we could argue about the necessity to have John Black speak while in hospital, but the body created an opportunity for people to touch him, and move around him.  Even though I never totally suspended my disbelief, I appreciated their creative choice to form a visual representation of loss.  Certainly there were other ways to tell this story, but it will stay with me because those production choices enabled these performances. However, with disdain, I note that Days has found an odd middle ground between a flashback and a montage.  I define a flashback as least a couple of rounds of dialogue, if not a whole scene.  And a montage would be a visual snippet without much dialogue.  But, these were often just a single line, or an entrance.  It felt like a bit of a tease, and made me wish that Peacock had curated a playlist of John Black's Greatest Hits, like they do for some Bravo shows or SNL characters.  OT - but they have yet to maximize that platform.
    • It's tough for me because I feel like this has always been Lulu. She used to be even worse, slut-shaming, verbally abusing other women, and always being written as being in the right. They should let Brook Lynn get dirtier, but I think the material of Lulu digging and being self-righteous, making everything worse even while not intending to do so, but also not being as in the wrong as Dante thinks she is, all makes sense for her. But I don't have as much experience with Lulu as a lot of fans as I just could never stomach her beyond the time she was a mute kid, so I don't have much right to speak.
    • Thanks @JAS0N47 for all the ratings!   All My Children hits Number 1 in the ratings for the first time in its history during the week of 8/20/73-8/20/73!
    • I think the writing is slanted against Lulu.  I don't think there is an issue with the character in general.  I just think Lulu comes doesn't get many layers or nuance in her writing.  Lulu becomes obnoxious and a bully to Brook Lynn and both characters SHOULD have flaws.
    • Totally here for Anita dumping Sharon in the past for first Dante Green, and then Vernon...

    • Amanda Setton and Rena Sofer was once again really good in today's episode.  As a Lucky/Liz fan, I didn't like their scenes either.  And they are nowhere near a proposal because they haven't been given a real story.
