Lauren Woodland was close to getting Annie on AMC. Her, Erin Hershey Pressley, and Erin Torpey were up for recast Courtney on GH before they decided to kill her off, Torpey being the front runner.

Billy being a ballroom dancer was a plot in the first couple of episodes. I'm probably the only person who adores the simple and cheesy early episodes.

I don't think its a coincidence that Nene keeps bringing up how much she misses the original cast in interviews. Based on how this season is rumored to end up, Nene is going to need an ally against Marlo and Kenya, and her and Kim going head to head with them would be AMAZING. Lets not forget Kim's unfinished business with Kandi and Phaedra over TFTP either, they should absolutely bring her back for next season. Season seven should be Nene, Kim, Marlo, Kenya, Cynthia, Kandi, and Phaedra with Monique with a y as an official friend

"In Beverly Hills, the higher you climb, the farther you fall." What a fitting tagline this is based on how the tides have turned for Brandi. Taylor wasn't lying when she said Brandi has ruined the show, her treatment of Joyce is disgusting. Happy to see Lisa was smart enough to start distancing herself from Brandi even before the audience backlash started. Its too bad her and Kyle didn't reconcile before she left the trip because its obvious that's what they both wanted. Kim is partly to blame for that by constantly trying to pick fights, I died at Lisa closing the door on her, she clearly has no tolerance for Kim and her antics anymore. I also loved when she called Brandi an animal to Yolanda, so shady, so good. I think that might be her only ailment in surviving Bravo's latest villain edit attempt, thinking Yolanda would be more loyal to her. I'm excited to see how this season plays out with everyone trying to run Lisa off the show so they can be the queen or whatever (and lets face it her leaving is the only way that could happen), but their needs to be some changes come season 5. Like New York and all the housewife franchises once they reach season 4, things have gotten too nasty.

I like Mynique already then. Still hoping for Kim Z to pop up again this season

I agree, the only time having 7 housewives worked for me was season 3 of NYC. Each lady added something to the dynamic and you could throw any of them together and get some really good scenes.

Wow, every year more and more information comes out about this. If Meliesa were smart she'd get off tv soon cause the sharks are about to pounce. Andy Cohen can only do so much and she's no longer got a producer who'll edit the show in her favor.

NYC got very good during the last few episodes of season 5. I hope they keep it up in the new season.

I highly doubt she's getting that much, especially not after one season.

I'll take Sheree back, I kind of missed her last season. Even when her broke ass was played out she was still more entertaining and authentic than Kenya and Porsha will ever be. Plus with Kim being pregnant again they need someone who can really rile Nene up. I guess you could maybe pull a Lauri angle with Lisa Wu since she was basically the original Cynthia but eh. And "Say shame, say shame on your sister" is all I need to know about what caused JoGo to fall out with his family.

Even Seth is a better actor than that. Joe Gorga and Meliesa need to quit the perpetual victim act. Y'all wanted fame so bad you were willing to sell out family. Any shady stuff production Tre has done/does to them is more than deserved at this point.

I need Jeana and Lauri back as official Housewives and Alexis and Gretchen to get their walking papers. Time to transition that show back to how it was before the originals left and all of the barbies invaded. Lydia and Heather can stay since they actually have money.

Yeah Jenny is Joy's replacement. Elisabeth's hasn't been picked yet. I wish they had gone with Ali Wentworth, she would have been more suitable

I was so mad 90210 got another season when it was more than clear at the time that the show was 100% done peak wise. Melrose finally got on the upswing and boom, cancelled. The new head of FOX at the time was really annoying and nonchalant about it in the press too.

I never thought we'd see the day It will be interesting to see how this cast turnover goes, the one with Whoopi and Sheri joining was basically seamless and this group has been together for a while.

Seasons 5, 6, & 8 were great but 1-4 is definitely the show at its best. I wish Shannen had come back at least once so we could have seen her with TAT's Val. 7, the last college season is absolute trash. The only interesting thing that happened that year was the stuff with Donna and her stalker, and even that was rushed and badly acted. The last two seasons are just flat out mediocre and it was obvious how past its peak the series was.

I bet I Dream Of Nene gets a second season or they're at least testing it out like they did with Kim's show. That cast is interesting, looks like we might get a chance to find out more about Nene's relationship with her scary sidekick Diana. And I'm glad Jennifer is back on reality tv. She may be bougie but they did her foul on that last season of Basketball Wives. And IA seasons 2-4 were the OC ladies at there best. I'm also one of the few who think seasons six and seven were good too, just slow.

Season 4 of NY gets a bad rap IMO, it was actually pretty good up until Jill and her crew started up with that Ramona's an alcoholic campaign and went on about mean tweeting as a way to "ice out" Alex (man Kelly was so stupid she couldn't even be subtle about the fact they were trying to get Alex kicked off the show, remember that awkward breakfast scene?). Cindy was a terrible addition too, and then that reunion which I consider to be one of, if not the nastiest I've seen from any reality show. Honestly though all they really had to do for season 5 was fire Kelly, Cindy, and LouMan so Jill wouldn't have her minions, bring in Carole, Heather, and Aviva as newbies/friends and you could have had a much better season.

What made season 3 of NY so great was all the crazy drama that was going on off screen. Even when the cameras aren't rolling those ladies are always at each others necks. Jill was usually the most vicious, always using the show and the tabloids to go after whichever housewife she saw as an enemy at the moment. She really went to great lengths trying to sabotage Bethenny, and she was always vile when it came to Alex & Simon.

This is why I don't like Brandi. If Maurice really is cheating its not her place to expose that, especially not on camera. Lisa better watch out, keep laying down with dogs, you get up with fleas.

She is right though, she's responsible for some classic stuff in the franchise. Money Can't Buy You Class, "Even Louis Vuitton makes mistakes" Her feud with Ramona The mess she caused between Jill and Bethenny, Bethenny calling her a snake and their whole relationship/feud Her belittlement of the girls due to her title specifically Alex The cheating scandals! This right here though The problem is like Sheree before her, she's an original cast member/ingredient, but her time has come. Her life is now about the show instead of the show being about her life. That forced Ramona tried to blackmail me story and the mess with the pirate. Her only decent angle was her brewing feud with Carole, but even that got boring by the time the reunion came around. They can easily replace her, just like Sheree was replaced with Kenya as the chick who always gets into fights and stirs stuff up. She should just accept whatever offer they give her and bow out gracefully in the upcoming season.

They have new producers so I'm hoping this season is better and less biased editing wise. At the very least Koma Kathy should have received a pink slip though. The only interesting thing she's ever done is ride a bicycle to the grocery store.

IF the "This season on" trailer for NJ looks like the same chit as the last two years I'm not even going to bother with this season
