I'm also on the road today. I'm off to church in half an hour, then taking Ruah the two hours to Lake Erie for camp. The little girl who was crying on Wednesday because she didn't want to do yet another camp is currently in the kitchen making PB&J and singing Veggie Tales at the top of her lungs, anxious to get going. My kids are troopers. That's all I've got to say. Catch you this evening I hope.

He's bargaining for a new contract this year. He HAS that much weight. Besides, the gossip for years has been that they are very close and each others favourite co-star. We know that isn't true since he is pouring his love on Jane Elliot. HOWEVER, it might make the LnL crowd back off for awhile and realize it ain't gonna happen. Laura's there.... Lukey is gone! So what do we deduce? LnL won't be happening, LuNacy is safe and sound, and TQ might get the opportunity to tell the interloper that she is merely the former and it was all a lie. Hey everyone, we're all home. About the GF thing, meh... Luke isn't back. I'm guessing it's probably Lulu in some phase state conversing with her mother. It would take too much tinkering with story for her to actually wake up. And I don't think money has anything to do with it, Ms.Q, I think ewcbo is too big for her boots and they don't want her (they have enough $$ for SBr and VM, after all). They probably couldn't think of any other way to get the connection between Lulu/Laura except through this. It's very telling that she's not coming back for long, it isn't anything outside of Lulu proping and it isn't while TG is on air. Tuesday eh.... This coming week, right? Okay... very proud Mommy momment.... Ruah chose drama as her elective during music camp. No surprise seeings how she's a Diva. Anyway they did the play this evening. The entire theme of the camp was Who's Your Idol? (Answer: God/Christ) based on Canadian Idol (and some whiney American show like that ...). The drama itself was a take on Canada's Got Talent. There were five contestant and the panel of judges. One was a magician with a card trick and a very bad temper, the second was a juggler who cut himself with plastic swords, third was a cornet player who's mother was one of the judges, fourth was a real drama queen who thought herself the next big star and the fifth was Ruah - she played the water glasses. The drama queen convinced every other contestant to knock over one of the glasses so Ruah's wouldn't be able to compete. In the end she only had one glass left and her name was called as the final contestant. Now.... drum roll please.... Ruah walks up to the mic, and takes it in her hand then talks to God saying she doesn't understand - how is she going to compete if she doesn't have her talent to show the judges? Then she closes her eyes like she's in prayer and starts singing, by herself, to a crowd of 300 people. Honestly, you could have heard a pin drop. It was so clear and so sure and so good. Everyone was impressed. Those who knew her went wild, and I had tears streaming down my face. Words just don't do it justice. She was amazing. Needless to say her character won the contest, and I had no idea it was coming. After the concert strangers and fellow campers kept coming up to her and congratulating her on her singing. And she is so proud of herself. Anyway, I just wanted to share that. Now I'm going to spend some time with my big kids and put them to bed. Night all.

Too true... she could show Claudia a few tricks. Lulu and Johnny will have the prerequisite summer love-on-the-run story (GH actually hasn't done that in a while so it might be fun to watch). I just hope we see Tracy get out of the house and interact with Nic, Claudia, etc. So many golden opportunities and they are being missed.

Hey BSG, welcome home. Yes, the Hella Good game - that's how I got introduced to that zaniness that is the TQLF. Only time I was ever given a PFO for my opinions, too. I'm around this morning, but off to get the kids this afternoon. Seems all of us are either busy or traveling, and with Tracy on even less than last summer (hard to believe but true), there isn't as much reason to congregate and discuss the show. I just really hope she gets into the whole Lulu/Logan cover-up thing. At this point I'll take the scraps just to have her on the screen. This fall when Lukey returns better be good!

Yeah, I'm around. See, if everyone was to get together to chat at 8 AM Eastern, I'd be there in spades. Evenings are just often too hard. Tonight I have to pick Ruah and Shiloh up from camp after their concert and don't know when I'll be back. Then I have to take Ruah to yet another camp on Sunday or Monday. July is super busy. Then August we start school again. Where does the time go?

The final shot, Helena rips off her mask to reveal she is really Tracy Q!

Funny incident last evening - Mike went out to the retirement party for a co-worker, and the conversation turned baudy. They were discussing various things which pushed the limits of propriety with a group of colleagues. Anyway, Mike listened and took everything in stride just enjoying the comradery when one person commented on the fact that the conversation wasn't bothering him. In fact he wasn't even reacting to it. Other said that's just Mike. Later he told me all he could think was "my wife writes erotica, this conversation doesn't even come close". Oh Lainey, he also agrees that I write mean very, very well (and wonders if he should be concerned).
