The funny thing is that GH and GL, at least in the ‘90s, were rarely good at the same time IMO, so it was easy to switch between them. When Curlee was waning, Labine was rising. When GL had its mild renaissance with Rauch/B&E in ‘97, GH was having its weird year with Iacobuzio/Whitesell. That is until the late ‘90s when they both became utter sh!t.

Very sad. I was never much into couples as a young soap viewer, but I was an Edmund/Maria stan for a good long while in the mid-90s, until AMC became unwatchable. He was such a great soap leading man.
