Why did Claudia just stand there and watch as the flames engulfed her and her room? Why didn't she at least attempt to flee and get help? See, that was one of my biggest issues with DYNASTY. Their characters always looked flawless, but they could do the most asinine things, lol.

Didn't one of Mark's druggie friends cause this explosion? I wonder why they kept my beloved Chateau for so long when it was clear they had no qualms about burning it down more than once, lol. Also, compare the two disasters and, boy, what a difference a few years makes. In the first fire/explosion, the cast is smaller and the special effects amount to what looks like waving some flames under the camera. (Obviously, I'm exaggerating, but you get my drift.) But, in the second explosion, the cast is HUGE; and so, too, are the pyrotechnics. As they'd say on the Farm Film Report, it blowed up real good, lol!

I'd love to say goodbye to FB, too. However, that's how I keep up with everyone I went to high school with. Beats the hell out of attending our class reunions, lol. I guess it's possible that right-wingers feel safe to join or return to Twitter now? Of course, that's presuming those 92,500 followers aren't bots themselves. I really can't fathom the impact this takeover will have on the Internet. We've been saying all along that Twitter doesn't represent the majority; yet, it's hard to deny that social media companies in general, and that Twitter in particular, have had a tremendous impact on our culture. What happens if/when Twitter "goes away," or loses its' relevance? Do we go back to chat rooms or something, lol? Man, the world just keeps getting smaller everyday.

No arguments here! And count me as another who thinks it's way past time for Y&R to do the damn thing and reunite Nick and Sharon permanently. I mean, a few days ago, I suggested a Paul/Sharon hookup, which should tell you how much I'm at a loss over what to do with her. Of course, I suspect JM is the reason why the show keeps teasing a reunion and then backs off, as he likely still sees himself as a stud and viable, romantic lead. But you know what? If a Nick/Sharon reunion just ain't gonna happen, then maybe it's time we talk about sending one or the other to that Great Backburner in the Sky (...or at least out of GC indefinitely). (Personally, I'd nominate Nick, but I doubt Y&R would ever consider letting JM go under any circumstances - so, fine, let it be Sharon instead.) Well, I would have at least let them marry on his deathbed, lol. Yes.

Lesley's backstory sounds turgid as hell.

You know, I can't even say whether FC had a "best" season, because it was clear from the beginning that it wasn't the kind of show that Earl Hamner had wanted to write or was capable of writing. IMO, it lasted as long as it did, because it followed DALLAS on Friday nights, and because it came at a time when the public was fascinated with all things Reagan, including his legendary ex-wife.

Granted, I haven't read much about the Elon Musk/Twitter situation, but what I have read makes two points clear: 1. Elon Musk has killed Twitter. 2. Twitter's CEO and board of directors are pretty much taking the money and walking away.

At the very least, Chelsea and Rey could have kissed just seconds before a distracted Rey crashed his car and died. That way, Chelsea would have felt extremely guilty for her part in his death.

I'd love to see her back on the show, but they'd never be able to afford the rights to any song for her to perform.

That's the trouble when you have no budget. In days of old, Diane could just reveal herself to everyone at Gina's or the Colonnade Room and then there'd be no need for Jack to play messenger to all of GC.
