Happy 50th Anniversary Suzanne Rogers 🎉🎉🎉 Honestly, today was one of the best episodes I’ve seen in a long time. Sometimes, I still find it unbelievable that a team that can write such stupid, degrading, biased garbage can also write episodes like today. It really did feel like classic soap. Those bonds between family and friends were on full display and I think some actors have some footage for their Emmy reels. I would have liked to have seen some flashbacks about Maggie with Sarah and Melissa but all the ones that were included were really great to see. And I’m glad that Maggie got to spend so much of the episode with Julie. It was also nice seeing Xander/Brady and Kate/Chloe be civil to each other. That was unexpected lol And I’m still very curious as to what’s gonna happen to Shawn now. He really should be frontburner in this storyline.

I wonder what would happen if a Prince actually did turn out to be gay 😂😂

Today was another episode where the style and tone didn’t match. I sort of get them not wanting to stop other storylines but I’ll focus only on the good parts of today 😂 Today was very flashback heavy. And I really enjoyed seeing Steve, Kate and Xander’s histories with Victor on full display. And I also liked how despite everything, they remembered that their relationships with Victor ultimately led to good things. I hope there are more episodes like this as characters absorb the news of Victor’s death and remember their pasts with him. I’ve had to remind myself many times that, as bad as it is, it’s still better than the alternative of Sonny/Leo 🤮😂😂

Well, Janet might not be able to fire him right away but hopefully she’ll rein in him and the writing won’t suffer because of it. And also do away with all the biased degrading prop writing. And I wouldn’t mind my personal wish either #GregOutColtonIn 😂😂😂

It’s all one big set 😂😂 Dimitri/Gwen/Leo were pure cringe though I honestly don’t understand how any person with a brain in their head could think that was good soap/TV. And as for Dimitri, how can a man that breathtaking be that pathetic? 😂😂😂 After today, I actually am starting to think that Gwen knows about Dimitri and is plotting something. But it still doesn’t make up for how Gwen’s been written lately. And I still stand by what I said about Ron yesterday. Everything involving Victor was the best part of today. I’m so glad that Victor’s body was recovered. It wouldn’t have felt right if there had been no body. And I did love the little tribute to John Aniston at the end. I’m also starting to believe that Victor may have been murdered and I’m curious to see how that’s all going to play out. As for Alex/RSW, all I’m gonna say is… Zach Tinker, he is not 😂😂

And Dimitri would deserve it to. He still has never really paid for trying to kill everybody in Beyond Salem. And yeah, for what he did to Gwen as well 😂😂😂😂 Then eventually, you pair him with Andrew, who unfortunately couldn’t make it work with Paul

Tossing someone that you claim to care about, away like trash and then going off living happily ever after, not giving a [!@#$%^&*] about them, while they’re left to pick up the pieces is really like one of the worst things you can do someone. I hate it in real life and I hate it on soaps. It’s a soap trope that needs to go the way of rapemance. And, agreed that Dimitri’s been ruined as a character. All this because of one writer’s ignorance

Today was… ehhh The acting mayor just needs to go away. There is no purpose for his character and there never will be. Johnny/Chanel/Talia was ok. I am curious to see what Johnny’s gonna do now that he thinks Talia and Chanel are a couple. Hopefully, it involves Tripp and Wendy lol. As for Dimitri/Gwen/Leo, Leo just needs to die. Done with him. This writing team doesn’t seem to realize that saying you feel guilty doesn’t mean jackshit if you’re on your back 30 seconds later. Dimitri was hot as ever, but Gwen was absolutely pathetic. I swear, I really think Ron gets off on [!@#$%^&*] like this. Which is why I raised the question as to whether or not he might have a problem working for a woman. Hopefully, there are some good changes made soon. #JanetPlease 🙏🙏
