Seriously, good riddance. Jamey just might have been the worst writer Days has ever had.

Thanks! I wasn't sure who owned them since they were NBC shows.

Probably the same reason why everyone in Salem befriended the guy who “killed” Will and tried to kill Chad and Abigail 😂😂

What was the point of Harris keeping the secret about Bo if it was only going to be kept for one episode? Oh well, I still thought it was good. I’m looking forward to the reunion scenes for Bo and Hope. And Stephanie and Kayla. I also enjoyed John/Roman/Marlena. When was the last time Roman and Marlena had a deep scene like that? It was nice seeing Andrew too 😊 Colton played ruthless really well today with Megan. I hope he sticks around after this is over. He did well today. And he looked really good too 😂😂 It’s crazy. The Hortons really have been decimated these last few years.

DAYS: Veteran TV LEGEND to guest on the show
Oh wow! I hope they give him a scene with Bill Hayes, the two 97 year olds. 👍 They would definitely steal the show 😂

I'm not gonna lie, seeing Shane Donovan/Mr. Sheffield play such a cold, evil character is making me feel a little uncomfortable 😂 And I knew that the show would bring back the whole Operation Demeter/Drew's memories thing like a year after they completely dropped it. I except Jennifer Smith to pop up any time now 😂

I remember all that. Apparently, they think that planting evidence is the worse than murder 😂😂 The way they make him sound, you would think he was worse than Ben, Clyde and Charlie put together 😂😂 That would have been smart; have Nicole confess everything but still have it cause EJ to take a darker turn. That would have been an interesting beat to play instead of having their conflict be based on just a secret.

Today we saw a lot more of Nicole than we’ve ever seen before 😂😂 Her and Eric’s dual fantasies were hot. I’m Team Ericole, but I did like Eric/Sloan finally making it official. I hope they play the long game with all of them and EJ. It’ll only make Eric and Nicole’s reunion so much better. Wendy seemed a little stupid today, but I’m still liking that storyline. I could definitely see how anyone could fall for Tripp 😊😂 I’ll never understand why Soap Twitter doesn’t like him. I still hope they continue to weave Chanel into this storyline though, and whatever Talia’s plotting as well. And Idk why, but I enjoy Johnny/Li scenes 😂😂

I’m just trying to get people to tune in again 😂😂😂 Maybe Nicole lying will be the thing that’ll force EJ to take a darker turn. Or maybe he’ll start pursuing Sloan in order to get back at everyone. There’s a rumor going around that

Days: April 2023 Discussion Thread
Today was an improvement over the last time we saw the biscuits storyline. It seems the script and the breakdown were in the hands of an actual writer. I got a little tired of Chanel though. All the ranting and raving has always seemed out or character for her and today was no different. Maybe if she had been keeping all the anger inside her all this time and finally let it all after the whole biscuit thing, I’d have more sympathy for her. For me, the best part was the Li/Gabi scenes. It was a nice closure for Li and for his relationship with Gabi. And I’m glad they wrote Gabi as (somewhat) self aware of what a selfish POS she is. Little things like that are what make her rootable and likable. And I am glad that there are actually going to be some effects for both character and storyline as a result of this whole biscuits thing.

Xander/Chloe were muffled today. But I’m curious, are darts really that dangerous that they can send you to the hospital? 😂 I guess it was good seeing Eileen Davidson, despite the atrocious disguise. But I agree with everyone here that Eileen should be the only one playing Kristen. I’m tired of Stacy’s Kristen, which is probably the biggest reason why I want Megan to win. And I’m sure we all know Harris is going to end up doing the right thing. He looked good today. And they’re dressing him really well.

DAYS: Behind the Scenes, Articles/Photos
I wish more of it was available to see. Not only to just see it but to see how the storyline was handled on to day to day basis. When I was reading the synopses from that time, I kind of got the impression that Mike taking the blame for Trish’s stepfather’s death was the thing that snapped Mickey out of the funk he had been in all year and a result, his and Maggie’s relationship got stronger too. But I do agree that if it was completely dropped, then Ann Marcus fumbled the ball pretty badly. I think there’s an interview posted somewhere on here where Suzanne Rogers says that when Ann Marcus came on, she told her that Maggie was so good, that there was nothing she could write for her. So she backburnered her and stuck her with the Barton’s, which IMO, didn’t need to exist lol Maybe it would have been better if Ann Marcus had done the spousal abuse story with Greg and Amanda. The stress of Greg’s new position at the hospital could have led to him hitting Amanda a few times. It would have made more sense for Maggie to become involved with them instead of complete strangers. Reading the synopses, it was like they were totally forgotten about as a couple. Greg was pitted against Tom and Bill at the hospital over the Chief of Staff job, and Amanda just whined a lot about how Greg didn’t have time for her anymore. That was about it for them until they were written out.
