Relatively last-minute news about changing platforms does kind of have me puzzled.

Not having DAYS available via the free tier on Peacock doesn't sound feasible to me. I'm sure people would watch the ads if they were available to watch the show. Though I wonder are they expecting more people to subscribe? And it also sounds like Canada might not have access to DAYS soon via people on Twitter.

Chuckie Rouland I didn't think about that. I just hope if they do that if they bring on the Brooks Sisters for the 50th they are given actual POV. And not just standing there in the corner and given weird dialogue about Jill.

I hope he doesn't phone it in like he had been doing on and off in his last few years on One Life To Live. He's one of those actors that you could see when he isn't feeling the material he's given.

We'll see how this goes but with recent years of Why and Are obtaining soap vets I'm cautiously optimistic. Perhaps he might be playing a recast Cole Howard?

I heard about the proposed Fisher storyline. If anything, if Fisher would've died it should've been in Marilyn's arms instead. But I can see why it was vetoed either way. Though it's sad the network is so hesitant about revisiting the past and is embracing solely the future. I mean I'm kind of surprised they never recast or brough back any of Irene's children or grandchildren. I guess I should be surprised that they brought on Leah's nephew from one of her brothers.

They probably would try to bring back Pippa and Don. It's quite sad that Home and Away has shed pretty much its true origins since it had worked for them for about 20 years. I remember being surprised when read that the Astoni's were the first "complete" family to feature on H&A since the Sutherlands and that was 17 years prior.

I don't know it was the dialogue or maybe the actors? But it was just off to me. I did feel like MBE was downplaying her connection to Marcus like he was some doctor she knew from University Hospital 35 years ago. Instead of her husband's oldest friend who was close to her when he "died." Who do you think is Jada's mother? Could it be someone from Marcus's past? I hear speculations that it could be Grace Brooks (Lexie's cousin) or Faith Taylor.

Maybe it's me or were the dialogue in the scene when Jada, Steve, and Kayla were in getting reacquainted was off?

I think it was either Richard Dean Anderson for Elizabeth's story or Steve Bond's for Austin hence why we're getting this story with Austin slightly being shadier than before. Most likely it's DAYS with the Beyond Salem 2 crew. The last one stumps me. 1 was one of my guesses too.

I was so disappointed we didn't get any returns from Andy, Grant, Lien, etc., I wouldn't have minded a return from an eighteen-year-old Hope Dixon who we find out will be attending Oakdale University and will be staying Bob & Kim who decides to follow in both of her grandfather John footsteps to become a doctor.

I would make her Susan Martin's daughter Annie. I'm sure if it possible they could get Denise Alexander for a few episodes to have Anne's mother visit and get reacquainted with her former Frenemy Julie Williams. It would also explain her hatred towards the Hortons. Heck you could even develop a relationship with Lucas until Ron and Co. decide to put him back with Sami or someone else.
