  1. Jake Weary (Luke, ATWT) has a role as one of several homophobic thugs in It: Chapter Two, a departure from his current role on Animal Kingdom in which he and ex-AWer Spencer Treat Clark ravish each other nonstop as the body count rises.

Billie Piper and the Tylers (Camille Coduri and Shaun Dingwall) return for a Rose Tyler Big Finish miniseries.

I am totally buying this set - a full Special Edition of the last season of the McCoy era. Sophie Aldred!
  4. I feel it could've been a retread of Carpenter's Somebody's Watching Me, but it was a neat idea. The H4 script Carpenter worked on with Dennis Etchison was overtly supernatural. It was very out there and basically stated that the Shape lived on through the town's fear and hatred of him. At the end he turns into a fifty foot tall Shape towering over a burning drive-in - it was a lot, LOL. IIRC Carpenter wanted Joe Dante to direct.
  5. The quality of these new films makes my heart sing as an OG Halloween fan. Now if they can just get a cameo somewhere for Danielle Harris I'll be fully content. Fun fact: Besides Paul Rudd in 6, Tommy Doyle also cameod in 4 as one of Sasha Jenson's buddies in the department store. I didn't know that til a year ago (though I always thought the "Lindsey" in Rachel's car was Lindsey Wallace). Tommy and Lindsey were also intended to be the protagonists of the more supernatural Part 4 script John Carpenter co-wrote but abandoned - Donald Pleasence only agreed to return because the Akkads had told him Carpenter was still attached. It's not a bad script.
  6. Lee and Meg (Scott's mom). Wow.
  7. Even I'll watch that.
  8. I don't believe for a second any reboot or revival is in the works. They're just gladhanding fans of these shows. As for Chris McKenna he was lovely, but I understood why they recast because he looked very young. I remember them chemistry testing him with Reiko Aylesworth's Rebecca not long before he got let go and it looked like she was Mary Kay LeTourneau. Nathan became a star years later and has always been a wonderful and gracious ambassador for OLTL, but the story with Dorian was his only good story. I would've just brought McKenna back before the end though, because he and Nathan Fillion were very similar in look and temperament, though McKenna was and is not enough of a traditional soap hunk for ABC - they absolutely would have cut him for someone 'hotter' no matter what eventually. Anyway, he is absolutely my favorite.
  9. I heard that as well. Well, yeah, that's beyond the pale. Did not know that.
  10. I don't remember anything about GA's bad behavior with Evans being sexual. I do remember claims that she felt bullied by GA and MOL. I do remember hearing that Eplin's compulsive sexual behavior was bisexual/omnisexual. This was right before or right after ATWT killed him off.
  11. I was wondering if people knew about this. All I heard back in the day was that Eplin was a 'sex addict' and that it became a major problem BTS. This fits.
  12. This one is not the triple dip at the top of the page - it's the real deal, with even more major new stuff, including tons of new S3 stuff. I will be getting it. This suddenly happening makes me wonder just how quiet things are for TP right now behind the scenes.
  13. Grace Zabriskie, the legend who walks among us, has a new movie coming out (from the director of the shockingly not awful unauthorized Child's Play remake):
  14. Too close to home!!
  15. I like Drew, but 'hosting an hour-long talk show in which she talks, for an hour' is not my idea of a winning format for her.
  16. The Melrose revival had a great cast, especially Katie Cassidy and Stephanie Jacobson. It was the stories that let most of them down (except Cassidy, who owned the show singlehandedly). I thought it had more raw potential than 90210 2.0 when it was cancelled though. 90210 2.0 was always pretty bad. It had a talented cast wasted. Especially the original series vets (including Jennie Garth) and Lori Loughlin and Estes. But no, Jennie leaving over a rare good story is not their fault. Everything else is. Re: Jessica Walter's character, which I knew wouldn't work, she was said to be off shooting films or vacationing constantly.
  17. I'm just praying Bravo doesn't find a way to make it star Andy Cohen.
