  1. I doubt it's Coloma who's been fired, but a SOD charging $6.99 and at its least relevant would absolutely run a BI about an actor 'terrorizing the set' as though it's current after he's already been let go.
  2. The cast and crew of GH seem to exhaustingly worship Maurice. I can't see #1 being him unless something has changed, and there's no sign of that I know of.
  3. Vee replied to DRW50's topic in Primetime & Streaming
  4. I can't remember: Was Epiphany ever part of the hospital crew that used to always go do Ladies' Night or whatever at Jake's? Or did they always leave her as the taskmaster in those years? I had many issues with Guza II in those times but I always appreciated the hard pivot to re-centering the hospital and hospital-related characters after the show bottomed out in '05, even if it was partly a very calculated attempt to capitalize on the new success of Grey's on the network. It was smart.
  5. I wonder why they're turning on Boebert. Is it all an attempt to Potemkin village McCarthy's leadership nom?
  6. I always felt that GH never really got her full measure. Very sad. RIP.
  7. I think it's looked like that since JFP at the very least. She was brought in to make the show peppy and cheap.
  8. Dignity is certainly one noun that exists, but it's not how I think of how ATWT ended.
  9. The Media Congeniality Pageant that began with Bob Chapek and David Zaslav continues with a new contender:
  10. They're never spending real money on this show again as long as it's on network television IMO. And I don't believe there's anyone with the will to try to stretch a buck Frank Valentini-style. Nor do I think his approach would work for Y&R.
  11. Very keen to know what happened. But I think he's prob been on thin ice since the antivaxx stunts some of them tried to pull last year. Him included.
  12. I can't buy MVJ wanting to take on that headache vs. making a pretty penny sitting back at B&B writing the same slop for a lot of cash for a show that is going to run and run thanks to international money. Same with Mulcahey, etc.
  13. When did he say that? I can believe that he felt that way early in recovery (or even right now) but I'm not sure it's a permanent thing. I would welcome TC back if he is sober, well and prepared to work hard vs. just filling space as he has at times whether he's sober or off the wagon. When he's on he can be great even with bad writing, and nobody has done the part better. When he's bored or otherwise altered he's a test pattern. But I'd only want him back if it's not going to jeopardize his health and sobriety. That may not be appropriate now but it could be in the future.
  14. Plenty of good people could take the job. The question is who wants to, and does CBS/Sony care enough to bother to make substantive change instead of continuing to simply let Y&R/B&B mark time, continue to make money overseas, fill a timeslot adequately in the US and merely run out the clock? The answer so far is no. The show has been on autopilot for the better part of a decade.
  15. I've never followed him (and barely use social media at all) so I can access his IG and he still appears to be following zero people. He must have nuked them all.
  16. Enough. You can care about a show and still think it's been bad a real long time. People have been watching these shows decades and many of us have deep emotional attachments to them. I know people who love Y&R and it's because they love it that they're so upset with it. You don't have to agree with them but you can't stop them and you've been here long enough. Get over it.
  17. I think Roger looks good, but he looks too old for Kirsten IMO. I don't think they're trying to scale KS' options down. I think they're just out of options for both of them period.
  18. About time. Of course they just gave it all to Griffith though. They don't give a fück.
