Perhaps they will film at LVP's Vegas restaurant next season, allowing for Garcelle on BH to pop in since her son works there.

Well, I haven't started watching this season yet, but I was saddened to hear 1) it was getting little advertising from Bravo this year so word of mouth and in the news drama (Lala/Randall) was the only way people knew VPR was back and refreshed and 2) they edited out their latest set of newbies. They definitely did film with the newbies at SUR (some of who was foine) so I was saddened to hear they seem to be edited all the way out. Still sounds like it was a great season and I'm looking forward to it. And I am very happy the ratings have bounced up over these last set of episodes. I just hope we need some (good) fresh blood back in. If they keep Lala, just sic Danica on her.

@Cat I agree re: watching SLC this week. I do hear it's a great episode, but all of this exploding online. Yep. It's a little too much for me to want to sit and watch at the moment.

And on another note...I find it interesting that all this Jeannie stuff has grown down (I was even at work earlier and she was the MAIN story when you bring up the browser) as Ex Soap Opera Star over in BH is dealing with another controversy picture she's in involving blackface.

Yes so big in fact that if GH was cancelled, I would shocked if Sonny did not ride off into the sunset with Brenda...with needed changes of course. She is still too heavily connected to the canvas...or can be...to not even NOT be relevant. As Brenda should be. But I really came by LOL...granted I'm farther back than the rest of you, but I haven't gotten to the repetitive nature of the conversations between 'Sonny' and Carly yet. And like I've mentioned, I like this feels very much (as much as a soap can be) organic conflict. But one thing I have liked about it (so far) has been Carly HAS NOT reacted to it the way she usually does. Let's face it...once Carly knew Sonny was alive and Nina knew, 9 times out of 10, she would have EXPLODED and @Cheap21 would have done one awesome 'Oh Lord Carly's on the Loose' gif/pic. Then she would have raised h#ll from the moment she found out to now, complete with a revenge plot. I liked that they have truly just showed...yes, showed...Carly wrestle with her feelings over Nixon Falls. Olivia. Gladys. Willow(?). She has made a LOOOOOOOT of effect to not just explode at the drop of a hat. And even when she has started to, Carly has caught herself. And I found LW was playing that to the hilt. It's been over weeks, too. If that is not maturity, I don't know what is. That said...I still keep that Carly will be her own worst enemy in the end. But at least it has a build to it. THIS. And they definitely prove that last part when VM came back for GH's 50th. First scene and it was there. At least for me. lol.

I'm back on 1-12 and I agree. I find so many layers going on. And this is what I was expecting when Sonny came back and MB has been really just Mike in a suit in how he plays Sonny. You cannot be gone for a long period of time, make these new connections, and then it would go back to normal. And I liked how slowly that has been made clear. And it's been nice to see Carly/Sonny deal with something so internal.

I don't think they are ordering them as quickly as I would like, but they did arrive thankfully. But right now I'm not really liking the laissez-faire attitude that my higher ups are having with the mask mandate at one of my jobs right now. Moreso because there appears to be another outbreak among my coworkers right now. One of my coworkers just came back from being out for extensive surgery and she was shocked that while I do trust her I still Lysoled the heck out of our shared work area. While the work area that I work in has lately not deal with me dealing with the general public except to filter out breaks and usually an hour before I leave, it bothers me that there are signs all over now due to the Cali mandate and there are people just flaunting their masklessness. Or worse, I saw someone who wanted to make an online reservation and one of the people sat in our lobby for fifteen minutes with his shirt over his nose and mouth WHEN HE HAD A MASK IN HIS HAND. And then still had to ask my coworker (because I told her I was not dealing with their sheer stupidity at finding every opportunity to not keep their masks on, not to mention they could have onlined while they were sitting in the lobby for that 15 minutes versus taking forever in front of the front desk) for a mask WHEN YOU HAVE A MASK RIGHT THERE IN YOUR HAND. And yes, the mask was for him. *frowns* At least my other job is taking it more seriously. Except for some old lady who I gathered swiftly for butting in with her opinion which has nothing to do with the conversation I was having. Customer service only goes so far and I cannot stand stupid unwanted opinions...unless you want a response back, don't talk. #commonsense As an Arkansan, not shocked. Good to hear. If only because I still have to start this season of SUPERMAN AND LOIS. JK. Happy to hear you are doing good. NO!!! But good you are doing good.

1-11 I seem to recall around this time last year, every story was building to Febuary Sweeps. And even if it was minor movement, it was MOVEMENT. There was a nice flow, a rhythm that was going on. From Tracy's return in December to building to the double wedding. It was fascinating to watch. I am really not feeling anything with that flow this year. This week is off to a great start as people continue to deal with Luke's death. We even got a Lucas mention. Since he's taking care of Bobbie. It would be nice to see him though since it sound like he was more in town than just transferred out of town. Especially with Brad out and about. That said...uhhhhh NO to Britt and Austin. As outcasts, I don't mind them being friends, but romantic...NO. And the writers are still trying to sell Austin and Maxie. Also no. So we are not really going to get a new reveal on Curtis's Dad until February Sweeps, are we? Le sigh. As far as what I've liked lately. THE TEENS. I thought the Curtis's Dad storyline has stalled, but this cabin storyline has stalled as well. THANKFULLY, they still have things going on. I am totally going through Sprina withdrawal, but I liked that apparently as Spencer's penance he will be working for Ava, which puts him in Trina's orbit more. And Esme stay mad on that. I also liked the writers have acknowledged the teens have been busy with college in some scenes. And speaking of Esme...FINALLY!!! They gave a hint of what makes her tick, and also smart to connect it to Cameron. This teen set definitely has legs and I wonder if the cabin storyline will be set for Febuary. And speaking of legs...yeah, I am here for the messiness of Carly/Sonny/Nina. I live for Carly vs Nina scenes and loved the ones at the Crimson office. But that was a weak slap given Carly have given much worse. And I hope next time when it happens...and there will be a next time...Nina slaps her back. Meanwhile, Sonny, Carly, and the meal was sooo him giving off Mike vibes. And I am ashamed to admit it, but his demeanor was such a puppy and he was looking kinda foine. I really did not see any of Sonny in that scene. It just seem like Mike to me. And I wish Carly wouldn't push them together. She is going to lose doing that. Laura vs Victor has so much potential. may it continue.

Yes, Keri did commit suicide if I remember correctly. Wasn't the conclusion to that 'Who Killed Vinny?' mystery on B&B recently was that Vinny killed himself and framed Liam so Thomas could have Hope?

Yes, I remember that Sussman interview. And she did indeed say something to that effect. And I liked that Ravi/Ashley, but I could see why she mentioned that he was a stop to her next love interest. Which I did feel like was Graham. The actor and Eileen I felt had great adversarial chemistry and it would have been nice to see where it went. But I also felt that it would have been better if he had been poisoning Dina rather than going the declining health route. But I would have like to see what she could have done if she had more time and if Mal Young had not done his coup.

I stay loving how she tries something new with each album (I found BIONIC...especially the hidden track BIRDS OF PREY...extremely underrated and ahead of its time). And her red hair has been breathtaking to behold in each new video, but it really pops here...
