God, yes. I rewinded so many times before I had to stop and get dinner. lol. That was how great it was. And that bomb drop of a reveal (before commercial break at that, with direction and music and close up to quick fade out) is what soap moments are made of. Exactly! I know people have been talking about SilkPress being a cartoon, but I was not getting it at the time. But the last month...it clicked. No I didn't like it. The last time SilkPress had a humanizing moment was back in May with Ted of all people and has not come across at all like a flawed human since. THREE MONTHS AGO. Where was the SilkPress who sat with Ted explaining her life to him (when it should have been Nicole's POV in her own story, but I digress)? Where was the SilkPress who even when she dropped the Eva bomb on the Duprees, you could still root for her because through her looniness, there was still a hurt human being coming through? Where's the cunning SilkPress who spent the first two months causing an accident and being how many other people (complete with wigs) to the point that her presence practically gave menacing? She has not popped up before today in those scenes with Anita. And they went toe to toe, both coming across as human beings hurt by circumstances. She wants what's hers. And Anita wants to protect her family from her venom. Both clear and human reasons to be at odds with each other. And I know you loved her and Eva pre-jump with your ride-or-die self. 😜 So it was nice to see a sign of THIS version of her back for sure. Those scenes were gold. Like @Cheap21 said, they were giving old school B&B Stephanie vs Original Recipe Sheila. Can't wait to watch live tomorrow.

As did I. IKR!!! Anita definitely gathered her in Round 1. But Round 2 is going to SilkPress. See? This is how she should be, still cracking wise, but there's grit in her inflections and edge to her that brings back that cunning woman we saw in the first few weeks. And I am living for it. Cuz she's an even match for Anita. Yeah, Chicago almost slipped out.

I'll say this much...Anita vs Silk Press Sheila Round 2 (hard to believe they haven't had another showdown since post-anniversary back in May)...is GIVING.

I mean even Luna's Alive storyline is a rehash of Finn's Alive storyline. Without the catfight. Le sigh. I can see that. Especially now that Will and Electra are talking sex.

First the constant one line sentences about Aidan and Jake. Now Isaiah and his 'friend' who gave him the cabin as if it wasn't Lucky who did it. He could have said that and Portia would get that. Someone really doesn't like the Laura Spencer side of the canvas, don't they? And now they are just taunting fans in dialogue.

8-13 FINALLY!!! And THAT was how I felt about today's episode. lol. I was happy that Brooke was back. I kinda enjoyed everyone finding out what happened. I thought the fallout so far was meh and that Ridge can STFU. And I was happy to see Nick. This time around...Will and Electra were just boring. And I thought Bill went to the police station with the quickness to confront Grace. I guess he got lost. hehe.

At all. But darn it if the audience isn't going back and forth between the two men on being her father though. I like the engagement going on vs everyone just complaining about a show (though I am loving some of shade on specific shows re: Y&R cuz that show is currently a hot mess).

Hey, Ric/Liz, hey. hehe. It's funny...or not...how quick Daniel Goddard's professor has been dropped from storylines. I got to his pool scene with JS (and good back way too many times than I should lol) last night and woooow. To think Y&R wouldn't get him shirtless to save their life. smh lol. He definitely does his squats. Rightfully so. It is ridiculous and now makes it hard for me to take Sonny serious at all. Thank God the Sonny/BLQ scenes I just watched was more leaning on her POV than any form of Sonny propping. That very reason. She's about to make my FF Button List.
