I've always love Daphne from her OLTL days, but as of late, she's just been ON and I can barely take my eyes off her in scenes. And Nicole was my pre-premiere favorite already. She just feels on a whole other level now that she's had tension with Dani, lunged at Silk Press Sheila, and I'm looking forward to rewatching her vs Anita because they were both giving. I know that I usually have been mostly praise, but I agree that we don't get enough of Nicole and her journey since the reveal. And that I have not liked. I'm hoping that with Martin's Secret coming out to the family that we are now going to get more of her and her POV. Because she's been slowly, but surely giving force of nature just as much as Dani if different than how Dani would do it. I mean...I'll say this much...today looked like a good day for pants. Perhaps I took the line reading the wrong way, but I thought Dani was saying that as a way of how the racists must have saw Vernon and Martin with a hint of sarcasm because heaven forbid black men dress in fine suits and have nice cars. But I could be wrong. Completely hollering. Though at this point...free Nicole if Ted ain't going to put up any kind of fight.

I would have liked more, but I'm definitely glad they were able to maintain without question.

7-16 Well, it looks like Brad wants to move on from Luna as quickly as possible. lol. I don't mind it though since there was a nice mix of story going on so far. I just find it hilarious how abruptly all things Luna has been pushed all the way to a C plot after having her A story for weeks. So the countdown to the next remote begins. And I was so happy to see Nick again. And then he invited Brooke with him since he's going to be there. I was over here swooning a little bit. It does help their scenes was parallel to Ridge being a jerk yet again. So Steffy isn't going? And look at Grace go!!!! Getting a storyline and running with it. I don't have any idea if she is telling the truth about a miracle cure for Liam as of yet. But I hope not. On one hand, ugh...lord he needed to die. On the other hand, do I really want Grace tainted? I do like Bridget's light involvement in it all. And I kinda wished Wyatt had been there at the place so Bill could lean on him as he waited during surgery. Good to see Poppy with Finn (who was liking snack-y) just to remind us that Luna is dead. Let me chuckle.

RHOM I can't believe that I haven't watched this past week's episode yet. Darn crazy July!!! lol. However, I did watch Episode 3, and I thought it was another good one. It was one of the reasons I love this show. Outside of the theme of a hurricane coming...and not showing, it was just a lot of little subplots and the start of one of the many trips that goes on on this show. Though I again giggle as I write at Alexia wanting to be having a narcissist party given that it's ALEXIA. JS. I did like that the fallout from Julia vs Guerdy is far from over, but at least Guerdy had some scenes with other cast members finally to get a feeling for what they thought. And while it was good to see the ladies have a brunch, it was sad to see how left it went. And quickly. Also sadly...it felt to me that Julia was trying to find any reason to have an issue with Guerdy. ALEXIA. Love the guy she put in charge of her narcissist party. Outside of that, I really was getting housewife delusion from her, and it was hilarious to watch. And once she mentioned following her heart when it came to Todd, I was calling her Brooke Logan in my head. smh. Sorry, not sorry. LARSA. Nothing really relevant that stood out to me this episode. GUERDY. Bigger woman than me. At this point, I'm not sure if I can sit down with anyone who threw a drink on me. She was probably doing it for the best of the group. I loved that she was expressing herself. I'm just sad that it looked like everything she was saying was falling on deaf ears, though I liked her and Julia sat next to each other in the van. So perhaps I will be wrong. I also liked that she did confront Alexia about what Julia said she was saying. JULIA. When I look at her, I think of that gif that says YOU FAKE AND PHONEY. I'm sorry, but that's just how she is. I was just thankful the episode did not start with her, so I didn't roll my eyes. LISA. No matter what drama she has going on, I have loved so far that Lisa be giving looks. As for her being late...well, what housewives show in its weight in gold don't have a late person? If anything I was annoyed at her, for getting herself in even more hot water by not letting Stephanie express herself which sounded like would have included an apology for coming at her from GO rather than being calmer in expressing her feelings. After that, Stephanie was in her right to get her together. Sorry, Lis. STEPHANIE. I find myself warming up to her slowly. The thing with her parents on her honeymoon made me side-eye. So did the thing with the dogs in the hotel room. It was giving early RHOA Drew. Which can be a good thing or a bad thing. I didn't like her immediately coming for Lisa, either. I did like she tried to back it up and explain herself better, but alas. Last, but not least, her intro card is breathtaking. I love that dress and the little toss of the back she gives. Looking forward to watching the next episode between now and Wednesday. I'm just surprised and shocked that we are already a third of the way through the season. It's going fast.

Woooow look at Nicole sashying her way into the mansion. And I giggled at Dani just hopping on up and walking right on out. Well...like son, like father...with these pants today. *gasps* Jacob, no!!! Wrong road, Jacob, wrong road!!! Hey, blue jeans, hey! hehe. Good cameraman. Hahahaha! 'Cookies? At this hour?' I love the Dani/Nicole dynamic. Overall, I thought it was a good slow aftermath episode. And then they did a mini-preview and ??? Was that for real?

Not him just sitting in a plane. lol. It had potential. Before the character assassination cuz the Britch would have kept right on stepping to Carly when Carly had to...Carly. lol. It was part of what made that pairing intriguing. But hehe...I know you are biased. But you know I'm a sucker for bangs.

HAHAHAHAHA Not Nosy Nurse being messy!!! And yet just another eyeroll at Carrie Bradshaw-Lite. Say what you wish about Bill but it is nice to see his softer side when he's with his kids. Okay...at first I liked this POV scene. And I like that it is being given room to breathe, but now some of it is dancing the line on preachy.

tbf, I was a fan of Jason/Britt before they tried to suck out her personality at the altar (pun unintended to the plot going on at that time) of Carly. And it was one of the few times SB was engaged (pun unintended again) and willing to get out of that shirt of his. lol. All that said...I am not looking forward to the flashbacks either. lol. I'm just now starting to hit the Brit story thread in my viewing and it is already coming across very prop-y for my taste.

Well Daarrrrn Daphne in this recap of last week!!! Can't wait to rewatch Anita vs Nicole after that. Good to see Sara and Lynn who have been a good breakdown/scripting team. Yessss at Nosy Nurse!!!! Eyeroll at Ashley. I'm soooo over Dani/Andre, but was looking forward to her learning about Martin's Secret. And I'm blown away at this scene at the house right now as they are giving POV that I'm not used to seeing on soaps anymore. Cute Bill/Chels scene. Hey, Jacob, hey!!!

Yep. One thing that I've enjoyed over this past weekend has been love it/hate it/don't care about it, Martin's Secret on BTG DOES have people talking. Meanwhile, Y&R is getting serious (and well-deserved) side-eye. Same. Love the actor, but a sad sack after months of how quirky, but powerful 'Dumas' is not the way to go. Hehe TSJ's version of Tucker was more cunning. TASTE.

7-14 Oooo so I was right about Grace finally getting a storyline off of that Next Week/This Week promo!!! Lord... I thought last week was pretty good. Not helped by CBS being at it again with their player. I still wouldn't be surprised if Luna turned up alive. It is Li after all. Though it is funny to see Li dragging Poppy over Luna given how Li has been about that whole branch of her family. But perhaps she's being this way because well... Liam still ain't dead yet? Le sigh. I did like how the week has started. Though I wasn't expecting a gang-up on Bill. I mean...I get it. But wow at that. And Ridge is the LAST person to be saying anything to anyone about anything. Shut up, Dressmaker! And awww at Bill finding out about Liam dying. Assuming he is dying...
