Same. Someone already made a comment they hope that Tomas take that medicine by accident. Totally agree. I feel the only reason anyone could be invested in Dani or Bill was because they had separate storylines going on after Month 1, allowing for them to be developed. So watching now has been great. But I don't want them together as of yet, though that fire and chance of reconciliation is there. Very. Come on, June. Save that man from the psycho.

Her endgame is the come-up. But I'm sure it can develop more and that, unlike Silk Press Sheila, this development might finally do so for Hayley.

It did seem oddly placed, but now hmmm. But IKR. Indeed she is. But gray characters get comeuppance, too. I feel she has more legs now though like I said earlier...she was only a spoiler for a couple. As for waiting...that's the nature of soaps. As has been mentioned, a lot of us thought that as well. It was definitely mentioned she was an orphan. But it seem like she had been around longer than a few years. Definitely long enough to be taken in by the family, be helped by Dani, and being Naomi's BFF. Add on the Dani/Bill flashback of Dani being the one to set up Bill's office and a few more questions spring.

Not at all. Especially compared to the fire that comes from Dani/Andre. Online might like Dani/Bill in spite of themselves, but they really loved Dani/Andre, too. Now THAT I could see being an interesting triangle (Bill/Dani/Andre). Especially right now. I agree with that storyline direction for Bill. He has already started scheming from him hiring that investigator to already planting seeds in Dani's mind about Andre's past...using the same technique he was using to cause cracks in Martin/Smitty right before he had his stroke. It was nice to be reminded that yes, Bill is crafty, too.

That's good. I could even seeing Monica nursing him back to health again. And with her passing, and him not knowing, finally coming out of hiding after all of this time. Of course, I would give it a build as he comes into town to see what is going on since he had not seen or even heard from Monica in a while.

I was thinking that. And given the history between them, it would be interesting to see David and Anna together again. And goodness know he would fight for that CoS position.

To be fair IMHO, the writing has always seem like Dani/Bill was going to be endgame with Hayley as a spoiler. The happy surprise was Dani/Andre. Otherwise, those writers would still (are still trying) be trying him with Ashley. I still feel they are still going to try with Andre/Ashley because MVJ or someone in the writing room wants that as a main couple. Same for Dani/Bill. And that could be a potential problem if the writer cannot let a character go due to the plot/pairing they are fixed on versus what the audience is responding to. We already see how people are split (or over) Silk Press Sheila from how she is written character-wise to how it appears that she is always winning. Tomas speaks for himself. And goodness knows we can talk about a certain producer and his flavors of the month on another soap where there are other things the audience is interested in seeing.

I would say with Guza out, Thomson coming in the shift was noticeable for sure as Guza finished/put interesting turns in stories for Thomson to come in on. Perhaps. And like Vee I would say it really started from the kidnapping on up to now. But I said a few pages back, that it feels like late April/May when the show was gearing up for May Sweeps so I would say it's gearing up for November Sweeps.

BTF...the crumbs for this (as soon today) have always been there. Subtly done or just things that we all debated over with her. And now...SURPRISE!!!

And I would respect that continuity (X-men historian bitd among with a lot of tv shows) if I respected the person doing it. Ah! I didn't think of that. Well Ashley has been at her best when she's either support in another story or just being involved in the only stories. I liked she was the one clued into Hayley's baby lie myself. But when they throw her in Andre/Derek, she just becomes insufferable. See all of that makes a lot of sense now. Wasn't it discussed briefly that perhaps Hayley probably did go after that promotion on purpose? Well...lol. A long con like her. I bet she has a Plan B. lol. That would be a hoot.

And since it was mentioned today, I wonder how much she does know. Is this knowledge going to be her trump/get-out-of-jail-free card when everything is revealed about her? Yeah, given all the times they would have scenes where she was in the background have taken on a whole new light after yesterday and today. I bet she was. Gathering information to use.
