  1. Which is all the more frustrating since it is the women who drive this show and has done so since practically episode 1.
  2. I know that realistically, but there's no harm in hoping....
  3. Then why didn't they just have Billy Flynn play a brand new character? Give him a chance to create something new without the baggage of Cane. 🤔
  4. This is midsummer on a plate.... 😋
  5. I can almost feel the sand under my feet....
  6. Season 4 is probably the strongest as a whole in my opinion, and I was heartbroken at the end with Hazel dying. Season 5 does have some strong episodes dealing with the aftermath of the Great War, but for me Virginia, the new lady of the house, can't live up to either Hazel or Lady Marjorie. I think they tie it all up beautifully at the end though, with one of the best endings of any show I've ever watched. Which is why I like to pretend that the later BBC show from 2010 never happened.
  7. No argument there, at least not from me. Brooke has been my favourite since I started watching. It hasn't always been easy and many times it has only been thanks to KKL that Brooke has remained viable as a character. Don't we all.....?
