Wow, a single game lasting more than 25 minutes! On grass nonetheless! I remember Steffi Graf beating Natasha Zvereva in Paris and the entire match only lasted about 10 minutes longer than that, on clay!!

I only watched a little bit of the Jabeur-Sabalenka match, and damn how annoying Sabalenka's screeching was. 😒 I'm sure the roof being closed added to it, but still.....

In all fairness though, he had to deal with scripts that only got worse as time went on as well, and considering that he wasn't exactly the greatest of acting talents to begin with, that obviously was more difficult for him to overcome than for his co-stars.... I'm amazed that she managed to keep a straight face. Now that is some fine acting skills right there.

I miss that trio: Betty, Pearl and Edna, sitting in the Woolpack and offering hilarious commentary on everything going on in the village. Three distinctive personalities, brought beautifully to life by Paula, Shirley and Meg. Now sadly they're all gone...
