Over the years has there been scenes where the actor has made an interesting acting choice, quirks, ad libs etc... that you liked/disliked?
I remember in the 1979 GL scenes/episodes where Cindy Pickett was a master at this. I loved watching her little quirks. A couple comes to mind when Jackie is showing Elizabeth her apartment, and she hands her an hors d'oeuvre as she lets her in the door, and they are munching on them. At one point Jackie has her mouth full and is still talking. Later when Mike comes to dinner she is flirting with him and she strokes his face and playfully tells him he forgot to shave. I would almost bet that was ad libbed as Don Stewart (Mike) chuckles and playfully tells her he hopes she doesn't mind.
In one of the 1978 Y&R episodes Lance (John McCook) calls home and Lucas (Tom Ligon) answers. Lance asks to speak to Lorie and Lucas says " Your Woman's Not Here'. I have a feeling the written dialogue was " Your Wife Is Not Here", but Ligon ad libbed. That was great acting choice. Ligon as Lucas was bringing out his alpha male and letting Lance know that his place is there with his woman and not her sister Leslie. If he doesn't get his act together then he will make Lorie " His Woman".
