LMAO, personal ;)!

But seriously... Get someone to massage your feet. Everything in your body can be fixed by pressing zones in your feet. I use reflexology because I have ... well, long story... and it helps - which seems crazy - but it's fantastic.

I use Biofreeze for stiff neck and joint pain, I buy mine from a local Gym, but you can get it from a Chiropractor or Podiatrist. It's about 10 bucks a tube, but it works wonders.

Get in the shower and alternate hot and cold!

Or IcyHot.

But I prefer the first way.

^ LMAO!

Well, I'm happy to report I'm back to normal now, somewhat. It's still a little tense and sore, but I can at least move, lol. It was so bad Monday I had to call out of work. Yesterday it was MUCH MUCH better but still a little tough to move around a lot.

Stiff necks are HORRIBLE.

I second that from personal experience - neck and back pain. Reflexology is awesome - its the same to your body and mind as taking your car for a service.
