Man, today was AWFUL!! I can't even mention one piece of movement in any of the storylines. The Sami reveal went around and around until the end where the truth wasn't even revealed. Jack just kept doing the same thing all episode until the end where everything was left the same as it was. And nothing was resolved in the Hope pregnancy--all we know now is Billie wants Bo again after she apparently gave up a few weeks ago when she was talking to Abe; I don't get her.

Some Sami stuff was good. This may be the straw that breaks the camel's back as far as Sami is concerned.

It was a good episode, comapred to yesterday's greatness. There was some entertainment value. Some nice history nods.

I have to say Steve and Kayla actually annoyed me today. Kayla is beign far too needy where Nick is concerned. I want to see them both resisting, damn it, but still be drawn to one another. Nick's acting like he's forced to spend any time with this woman who is supposedly his ex-wife. I love Nichols and Evans, but this is beginning to bug me. I'm ready for them to do something different. I hate saying they annoyed me, because I love thme to death. Steve's by far my favorite male character and I love he and Kayla together. This story needs a turn before it grows old, though.

Whoever wrote today's script knows Lucas and Sami inside out and backwards. Today was SUCH a Lumi script it's not even funny. Lucas was more in character than he's been in over a year. Telling Sami she doesn't have to be perfect, but Will has to know he can trust her. And Sami realizing everythign Lucas is saying is true, great stuff. The stalling, however, was annoying as ALL hell.

I only liked the J/J scenes because it seemes they hopefully beat into Jack's head that leaving is not going to make things better/easier and that he has to stop being such a coward. Be afriad of dying, you old scoundrel, but don't you dare walk out on them again! I liked Frankie pointing out that Jennifer wants to be with Jack, regardless of how hard he pushes her to Frankie in his dying days. Poor Franklin.

Nice to know Kate, Billie and Will still exist. Though, they really shoudl recast Will.

Really don't like Patrick. They've taken so long in defining his character, that I can't buy any definition they try to offer. He's undoubtedly going to be the father to further grive Bo and Hope apart. I like them apart, just not with this same odl story. And I really don't think Hope needs another damn pregnancy storyline.

Haha. I loved today's!

Bo/Billie. Patrick possibly being the father is pretty vomit-inducing, but at least it's SOME DRAMA.

I love it when Sami reveals are dragged out. That's the one storyline I've always never minded taking forever to come - Sami's machinations.

I'm still not getting enough Steve/Kayla that I'd like to be, but LOVED today's. And on the edge of my seat for tomorrow's!

I loved the show today. It had some of the things commonly complained about, special effects, etc. but I loved them. Sami's alter ego reminded me of Bonnie, though and I never associated Sami with Bonnie in any way form or fashion. Lexie etal was really good looking at the Sami and Lucas standoff and then adding Austin to it. Even the little scenerio between Kate and Will was moving. Well, will Sami tell or won't she. The scene at the Devereaux house was just as melodramatic with Jack deciding he had to go back to the hospice and get out of everyone's life and everyone telling him he belongs in their life, too. Finally Abby sees Frankie as a real person. The one that moves me most of all is of course, Steve and Kayla. They had me so drawn into their spell that when the camera left the scene, I sort of popped back into reality. That is amazing acting. Why on earth did Bo call Billie to tell her Hope was in the hospital???????? Why on earth did Billie just have to go running there? I don't get it. That was not cool. That is my gripe for this episode. Otherwise, great day.

I read EE, so I'm not going to comment, hehe. But I loved Kate and Lexie's evil little smirks at the end of the show!!

I find most all of their scenes together are like that. Even in the early days, they just make you feel like your right there with them.

Can I say how much I love these two again? lol

Patrick possibly being the father

I'm fairly new to the show and I'm liking Patrick so far, so if he does turn out to be the father, I wouldn't mind. Bo is getting on my last nerve, and that surprises me because I use to love Bo and Hope so much.

Even though we've been through this "who's the daddy?" tale countless times, I'd love to see Patrick be the father of Hope's child. They had something special and I'd like to see it develop a little further. In time, Bo and Hope would be so drawn to one another that a reunion would take place, nevertheless.

I sooo wont Mimi and Shawn to be over and done with! They are super boring. It's time for a little Shelle love, IMO.

I still feel so bad for Frankie. He just got married and now his wife is sleeping with her ex. I love Jack and Jenn, but man.... poor Frankie!

And YES... when are we going to see some great Kayla and Steve stuff?

Today's show was pretty good, but I'm really looking forward to tomorrow's.

I hate that Frankie is more than likely going to lose Jennifer. What a guy he's been to her since Jack has showed up again. He really loves her and wants what's best. I just hope Days keeps Billy Warlock and finds a love interest for him.

Steve and Kayla, what else can you say about them but they freaking ROCK! Can't wait until tomorrow's show. It looks awesome!

I am with KR-today was good.

I don't mind the Sami stuff being dragged out because it is classic Days to do that. Plus, they actually gave Sami a chance to confess herself so it really wasn't your normal stalling. I liked Lucas today for the first time in awhile. I agree today was very pro-Lumi so whoever was writing did a good job with that. Love seeing Kate and Will involved. Hate the fact they went back to SFX ending after yesterday's fade out. Also, loved the return of mirror Sami.

Steve/Kayla are good but they need to get this moving already. I do like the fact that Steve is back to his resistant, classic self though.

Jack/Jennifer/Frankie was great. I was happy Abby thanked Frankie towards the end because she was being so rude to him until that point. I am happy Frankie and Jennifer called Jack out and it looks like now he is convinced he needs to stay. Warlock, Ashford, and Reeves are doing a damn good job this week. I am loving Frankie too and Benson is fantastic.

I like the Hope pregnancy surprisingly. I like that fact that Days acknowledged how Hope found out late that she was pregnant with Zach and Days making a big deal out of how far along she is is good because you know they are going to use a screwy time frame if they want to make Bo the daddy. Great to see Billie too-she will always want Bo but I like the fact that she keeps stopping herself.

All the nods to history are great-Days is on fire.

I actually understand your frustration here, but Kayla fought tooth and nail to win Steve over when they first fell in love, there's no way in hell she won't fight now that she knows he's alive. Considering how much of the first half of their relationship was her pushing Steve to admit how he felt, while he resisted, I think she's actually showing a lot of restraint in trying not to push her needs on him right now. Especially since she can remember just how deeply he loved her and how happy they were.

But like I said, I share your frustration, because right now the push-pull we used to get between them just isn't there. In the early days of their relationship, you could see exactly how much he wanted to be with Kayla. His vulnerability and pain were written right on his face. Practially every scene he did with her just resonated with longing. We're not getting that here. This Steve is almost a stoic. You can't read much of anything about what he's feeling, if anything. The only real emotion we've seen him show was briefly when he got the DNS results and he got angry at Jack.

Considering the caliber of SN's acting, I have to believe this is a conscious choice on his part (or that of the writers) and that at some point we'll see the facade crack and the emotions come flooding back.

As for the rest of the episode, I have one one: FILLER.

I don't necessarily want to see movement in S/Kay, but it'd be nice to see them get the focus again. They were great those two days. I want to see them more! Not necessarily doing something big, but just see them interacting. Their returns are huge! Let's act like it, DAYS!

Word, word, word!

That's really my biggest frustration.

We've seen them have, what, 10 minutes worth of one-on-one time so far? I'm sure they're trying to ease them (back) into the viewers affection but it's just not enough. I can't wait until we get some real time with the two of them interacting.

Give SN and MBE something to work with and they're golden.

This is Nick. I don't think we'll start seeing sides of Steve for awhile just yet.

Equal time time :P Since the writers etal sometimes read the board, here is what I have to say about Patrick. Let him GO. He is a pain to even watch. Never defined and just does not fit the vague description he inherited anyway....he's a criminal, but he talks and acts refined, he's Bonnie Lockhart's kid for goodness sake, where did he learn to be gentle and refined? Bonnie isn't old enough to have a son that old and he was supposed to be only a few years older than Mimi. He simply should not exist.
