Chelsea eviscerating Billy was not where I expected that convo to go. Thank goodness the real Chelsea is back.

They better not be ending Dessa - mostly because I don't MG/CF to completely fade off canvas.

Seeing today's rare MG/CG scenes reminded me it was 21(!) years ago when Cassie was crushing on Daniel. Yeah, that's insane.

-- I am beyond sick of Mariah.i just don't care about her any longer, and it's laughable that one conversation with Daniel could shake any sense into her. Send her to prison.

-- Mariah left the park cafe and went right to Crimson Lights? Uh...ok.

-- Daniel's willingness to just roll over so Tessa can go back to Mariah is ridiculous. Just another soap cliche.

-- Is the old Chelsea back? Or is this just another fakeout? Hey, Chelsea, go home and spend 5 minutes with your kid. All she and Billy talk about is who owns what company.

-- Nick is still chewing his smarties.

-- Riza's face at the end of the show today looked like plastic.

Saw a bit of Y&R today and was impressed that they have a casino set that is decent (in terms of what can be done on a soap). That is one thing BTG should take a pointer on.

It is not lost of me that Tessa's hair went blonde when Mariah was gone and she was with Daniel, and now that she is reuniting with Mariah, it's getting darker again. Details....

And honestly, the way in which Mandi Line costumed Stacy Haiduk as Patty Williams is precisely how Days of Our Lives should have costumed her as Kristen. But, you know... stale is as stale does (re: DAYS).

Yes that's the one-back in 2017 I guess. Wonder why it seems to be a Winter thing?

So it appears that old sets are being stored somewhere.

I think the park cafe set is a winter thing because it is a small set, and easy to spread snow around. The larger Chancellor Park set is very big, and to make that set look like winter in Wisconsin would require a hell of a lot of fake snow -- which would have to be vacuumed up every time the set was taken down. So I think it's a matter of convenience and perhaps budget. The smaller park set is easier and cheaper to "winterize".

The only other Chancellor Park set used in recent years is this one, which is actually quite cramped and appears smaller than the cafe set.

Well, that's a close shot. But this set is much bigger (to the left and to the right) than what we see here. I'm not interested in arguing about it, so believe what you want to believe.

The fact is that neither set is that much bigger than the other.
