I already like Tyler more than Remy. Remy needs to go. There should be no logical reason Deke would take him back. He's completely against Sheila being able to get beyond her past, so why would he turn around and forget about Remy's? If they pursue with something between Deke and Tyler I hope it's more of a slow burn and not rushed. Yes, I know. All this show does is whiplash movements when it comes to romances, but I think it would be a positive thing if they didn't show gay men rushing right into sex.

-- Carter is so embarrassing. A woman just looks at him, and he gets on his knee and pulls out the ring.

-- Remy is more proof that a Daytime Emmy means nothing. Has the guy appeared in even 5 episodes since the Emmy win?

-- Knowing Brad Bell's track record, Remy will see Deke and Tyler together and become jealous -- reverting back to who he was with Electra. This show is on a run of psychos, you know.

-- As far as gay guys having sex, I'm fine with Deke and Tyler getting at it right away. These are young guys with raging hormones. It's 2026. The truth is that IRL they'd have sex before the weekend was over. I'm tired of the soaps being stuck in some fantasy romance that was big 50 years ago.

It's hilarious how Taylor, Deke and Hope accept that Deacon is a changed man even though he stalked/terrorized and shot at Quinn multiple times - his most recent crimes - and, yet, Sheila is nonredeemable.

One of the most frustrating aspects of B&B is that it's good/evil - there's no gray. Hope was good, until she betrayed the Forresters (Thomas and the takeover) and then she was pure evil, but now she's back to good.

B&B is like The Simpsons of soaps. B&B characters never grow, change or evolve - they are literally the same - even if there's a short-term diversion - they revert to form. It's unlike any other soap where we see characters evolve over time.

Oh and I do think RB/SK have great chemistry. While I would've preferred they simply created 'Aunt Taylee' for RB, she's actually made Taylor viable again.

Krista Allen would make gold out of Bradley's piss. And she also added humour to it. The role was so fresh when she played it. I feel sad even thinking about how we don't have her anymore. I am still not over it.

She suuuure did. Though I WILL give the writing soooome credit that they did her recasting very well. Made her look similar. Eaves her onto the canvas slowly in ways that made sense. And then gave her a story. Heck, what they are doing with Taylor and Deacon now started when she was in the role. And I'm still disappointed they didn't go there then. And I did vent about how I felt about them going there now though at least RB and SK have chemistry.

But yeah Krista was such a breath of fresh air.

The show is definitely on the upswing, by B&B standards of course, LOL. They are finally using different characters and moving story in other directions, instead of the rinse and repeat drivel we'd been getting for YEARS. Thank God it appears the Ridge/Brooke/Taylor or the Steffy/Liam/Hope/Finn merry go round has finally stopped.

Agree. It feels so good to see a variety of stories from B&B again.

Forrester vs Logan is slowly growing. And I'm Team Katie on that. Ridge and Brooke are coming across way too entitled. And if anyone can knock Ridge down, it's Dollar Bill. Bring it!!

And speaking of build, the triangle of Taylor/Deacon/Sheila is also growing nicely. I thought it was weird when Sheila abruptly showed up at Taylor's office. But the dance between Taylor and Deacon circling each other has been mmmm.

Good to see Deke involved with both storylines.

And as a nice C story...Daphne's leaving. Will Carter say something?

I just took a peek into Friday's episode, and Tyler is Trey.. Fen's boyfriend from Young & Restless, played by Julian Larach. His hair is different, but it's the same guy.😂😁

They should just say it's the same character. Whoring around should be as encouraged for gay men on B&B as it is for anyone else.

I agree they should have made him Trey, with Zach Tinker making a few appearances as Fen.

I am sorry but... I know we really needed a shift in Sheila, but she has been completely lobotomised by Bradley Bell's pen. This is pathetic of the character. Time to go back to Genoa City and torture Lauren a bit to remind herself of who she really is deep down inside.

I agree Sheila being so insecure is not in character. She has always been the strong-willed storm that is firm in her place (whether it's a right one or not). To see her repeatedly going to Taylor and acting so insecure is just...weird. In the past, Sheila would have been putting the screws to Deacon, threatening him to stay in line and remain devoted to her and their marriage or else. NOT running and whining to someone else.

Carter and Daphne are just dishwater dull. Carter is written so poorly. I understand that some people who have successful careers can be horrible at finding the right person for love, but Carter is like a lost puppy at the park who follows home the first person that says hi to him. Only to runaway to the park the next day and follow the next friendly hello. Can we get back to Logan vs Forrester instead of this nonsense, please?

I kind of like Deke and Hope selfishly wanting Deacon to get together with Taylor. Hope's reaction made me laugh.

-- This needy, insecure Sheila is a miss.

-- Carter is such a bad character that all I can do is laugh. He asks every woman who looks at him to marry him. A guy who looks like LSV should be in such demand that...well, you know.

-- I Remy gone? Christian Weissman wins an Emmy and then nothing. I guess Deke will be straight by next month.
