I don't know why Deception is always struggling as well with everyone working there.  Probably the lack of the OG face of Deception not being around lol.

A part of me can envision a GH where Brenda returns just for Heart & Home segments.

I feel like that would be below her, but I could see her doing it to help Lucy as a friend.

That would be nice for Lucy...I feel like all that is left of the character now is Lynn's own star power, which is a shame as in the '90s she was something special.

I do know there is much more Brenda can do on the canvas; it's just this is such an odd show sometimes.

But that's the thing. It says something that if Ms. Marcil showed up tomorrow...story-wise...it would be a seamless transition to fit her onto the canvas.

To give Maxie credit, I feel like she has always been serious about her jobs going back to Crimson.

I would give Maxie that, too. She has been serious, but she was always surrounded by most like-minded people. Now? It's Romper Room.

Oh, of course Brenda can do more.  But I wouldn't mind Brenda buying/helping/supporting Deception especially since Lucy, Brook Lynn and Lois work there.

100 ways to re-introduce Brenda, but instead with sit through Jason's best of Britt moments like it's important lol.

Lulu was always kind of dead weight at Crimson to be honest.  And I like Lulu.  It was just never her passion.

Same.

I know. Sometimes it's so maddening how easily she could just slide back into town. From just in time to encounter Sonny after yet another non-starter of a relationship ie:Natalia...crossing paths with Sidwell...having a friendship with Marco...helping out Deception...being in a will-they/won't-they thing with this more mature (to a fault) version of Jason-who would be inching closer to Liz when this is happening...antagonizing Ric...being there for Lois in this baby mess...reacting to all the new Qs while being in the old Q mess. Oh and what if she was in Drew's crosshairs due to Sonny. Not to mention Carly's crosshairs. And that is just off the top of my head from where I am in my catch-up...that am probably about to continue before bed with some ice cream. hehe.

One thing I can say for Lulu...when she woke up...I loved they kept that throughline of her not even wanting to be around fashion but everyone keeps trying to force her in that sphere. It was never her passion and she openly admits that.

Finally an episode with a good cliffhanger! I'm wondering how Willow will react to Portia's bombshell that Drew is blackmailing her to falsify Michael's medical records so it looks like he's on drugs. Given Willow's recent actions, I think odds are good she runs back to Drew and says, "Portia told me what you did. And I just think it's so sweet that you'd falsify medical records just to help me get my kids back! You really would do anything for me!"

Dr. Gannon is so hot and had some sweet chemistry with Liz on the most recent episode.  I wonder if they're going to finally give Elizabeth a lasting romance.  He could really be her happily ever after (and so much better than all the scumbags she's fallen for before).  It'd be nice to have a doctor and nurse on General Hospital actually be in a functional, long-term romance.

It's always good seeing Martin & Tracy interact.  You can tell the actors love playing opposite each other and they're so good!

I really hope this DarkWillow heroine to psycho turn (which should have happened when she was faking cancer) finally happens now that she's got a fitting partner-in-sexy-crime Drew against her new foe, the equally sexy-dark Michael. 😂

You say that like it's a bad thing. Romper Room taught young children valuable lessons. Did they not have Do-Bee and Don't-Be? Wrong and right? Well, not exactly in the desired order.

I did like the Devil Wears Prada stuff at Crimson with Megan Ward's Kate and Maxie/Lulu.  It was fun for a while.  Once MW got fired and Lulu/Maxie were basically dealing with an off-screen character it became silly.  It actually does make sense to start at a magazine like Crimson and move on to more "respectable" journalism for Lulu.

Does anyone remember why Maxie quit Crimson in the first place?  Nina seems like a better boss.

Since the wake-up Lulu has had zero problems with Carly. So, that's at least one down. Obviously many to go. And that list seems to be growing. No, not glowing, that would be a different show altogether.

This, to me, wins line of the week, no month! Yes, month is correct. Week, too little.

I've been thinking about their vows, Come up with this. It's only a start.

Drew, do you take this ho to be your ho?

IIRC, it was because of misunderstandings between Maxie and Nina that led to her resigning from Crimson and joining the Deception team.

I can't remember if Crimson's even been mentioned since last year. I know Drew brought Nina back onto it when Mulcahey started playing them together.

Well, considering Liesl was with Nina in her office within the past week... 🤣

Yeah, Nina is shown doing things in her office related to Crimson.  Not sure if we have heard how it's doing or anything though.

I mean, I assume it's doing better than when Carly was randomly running it a year or so ago lol.
