For some of us right now is a kind of a delicious dilemma. We want GH to continue to be on the air. (Which is not to say that we do not have critique because we do.) Then, we also are dying for BTG to succeed & to do it to a large degree.

??? We now have a fifth soap.

The daily breakdown is encouraging. It stayed above 0.20 all week and while it hit a low on Friday, so did the others in the CBS line up. Shame daily total viewers weren't included.

It did beat GH in delayed viewing which I do think is important since they use those Live+3/7 ratings to determine if a show is a success. I also am super pleased with the streaming numbers. I just hope we don't see it drop in upcoming weeks.

I mean, it'll drop because the premiere numbers will have inflated this week a bit. Hopefully we're talking more about a drop to maybe 1.7m viewers on average with maybe 0.25/0.35+-ish average in W18-49/W25-52. It could then build from there.

During the week of February 17-21, 2025 General Hospital averaged 2.048 million viewers, which is the first time we got wind of the show's ratings among Total Viewers and we believe the first time since early last year the show had done more than two million viewers. This is shown in the report Toups did, as well as here: https://www.soapoperanetwork.com/2025/03/daytime-broadcast-ratings-total-viewers-households-february-24-28-2025
