Crazy Leslie and Eva.. She is the daughter of Nicoles husband Ted? Ok. Interesting Plot Development! I’m all up for more scenes of my Girl Nicole and that Likeable Ted. 

I don’t really get the vibe that Hayley is a Gold Digger and did all of it on purpose. Of course going for her best friends Father seems like it but it feels like they actually fell for each other. They (Hayley-Bill) could’ve handled it better with all people involved but I don’t feel like they did it on purpose.

Dani is such a Chemistry Magnet! I really enjoyed her today with André again. I even felt sorry for her After her desperate attempt to reconcile with Bill. I’m with Nicole on this. Bill is a Jerk and all but he wasn’t cold and cruel to Dani After begging him to get back together. Nicole is totaly Right: in how many more ways does Bill have to Tell her that he is not in love with Dani anymore! Gosh Girl! 😂

Dupres popping up in all black was a nice little twist. I saw that from a Mile Coming and from Spoiler pics but it was still funny.

Cady is Finally in the Show! Yay.

Bill threatening Martin. Uh oh. I hope martin will get a Bit more confident and fight back. I don’t blame the actor for Coming off a Bit Green in his scenes. That secret traumatized him and he delivers that vibe to me. 

Vanessa is married. That Part Slipped my mind. Wow she is doing all those role plays and going for nearly all men while being married. LOL OK. Didn’t she learn nothing from that Bill-Dani Situation?

Cliffhanger was Great but will be resolved as a Dream i guess Like always on soaps lol

I keep forgetting to post about my girl, Cady. For 2 years now I have touted her being the first person to win 3 Daytime Emmys, for 3 different roles, on 3 different shows, on 3 different venues (2 networks & 1 streamer) and they all were recasts! Now, Patricia is an original character! AMC, Dixie, Disney/ABC; ATWT, Rosanna, CBS; DAYS, Jennifer Rose, Peacock.

Also I most fervently hope it's not a fake-out. It was just a dream! No, please no.

I'm absolutely loving this show, can't get over how good it is! What a treat. Outside of the core four, my favourites are Bill, Vanessa, Leslie and Andre.

Someone mentioned up thread that Ashley's mother Jan cleans some of the houses in Fairmont, is that right? I was trying to work out where she works during the diner scene with her, Leslie and Mona. Jan mentioned that Vanessa had told her something, so I was trying to work out how they were connected. 

Also, the show's opening exterior scene where Nicole is driving up to the country club - does anybody know where that was filmed, please? There was a whole house, a lake and everything, it can't be at Assembly Studios, surely?

To flesh out my proposal: they should edit the 5 weekly episodes into a 1 hour episode (60 minutes) per week. The amount of episodes that soaps deliver is staggering - if you package those more efficiently it’s much easier for new fans to binge the episodes and dive into the story. 

I love the layering in the characters, as has been discussed. I also love the way they're using split screen. 

A question: why did Hayley thank Vanessa for her "discretion"?

Another question: early on Vernon in conversation with some guy who wanted "more" who was that?

Yet another question: Naomi & Jacob did I understand correctly that they had sex a second time that morning? They talked about how he didn't have the extra time now that he's a detective & no longer a beat cop but THEN didn't they go again, anyway?

The first time, in those grey sheets it was so attractive, the way the sheets were draped & the revealed body parts. The direction on this show is top notch!

Did no one else notice that part of the time the gates have the crests on them & the rest of the time, no crests are there!!!

Thanks for the reply. I was aware of all of that but to me it was just Vanessa doing her job. Not something to thank her for. I was jumping to a conclusion that it was some more dark kind of secret. Overactive imagination!!!

Well I just *assumed* that Hayley didn't want anyone to find out and that's why she thanked Vanessa, but Vanessa would have kept quiet regardless because she's professional.
But who knows. Maybe there's more to it?

This show has me so excited, I may be jumping at shadows!!! Or worse seeing something nefarious which is instead just usual good manners??

They did! They had that conversation after getting dressed, then undressed and had sex a second time.  Then they got dressed again and she gave him some fuzzy pink handcuffs, which which she wants him to arrest her later tonight.  He then stood behind her and wrapped himself around her but that scene ended ... and Naomi was next shown at the club with family, so presumably they resisted doing it a third time.

Thanks again for the reply. That's what I thought. I love the things Michele Val Jean is exploring in dialogue. We actually had conversations about the use of violence to solve problems on Tuesday after Dani punched Hayley at the end of Monday. 

And, here they talked about why NOT to have sex & then did anyway.

It's a level of complication that we don't usually get & what fun!!!

And, I am all in for them both having sex & talking about it!!

Vernon's grandson (Nicole's son) Martin the congressman.  
Interestingly Martin and his husband Brad "Smitty" both seem to be wanting more.
They're married with two teen children they've mentioned but we haven't seen yet.
They seem happy but ... Smitty is a bored househusband who apparently wants his journalism career back? and Martin loves being a congressman but says he wants something more, but he's not sure what it is that he wants.
