I felt bad for the actress but I didn't care for Blaze or her story. 

Her mother needs to go too. 

Brad never got out of jail in 2020. That's flat-out false. Brad was stabbed in prison and sent to GH for medical attention in November 2020, but was not released from jail until the end of 2021.

I actually never connected re-hiring Brad or Lucas as having anything to do with Blaze's exit.  I may being giving GH too much credit, but I thought it was all a larger plan to rebuild the Spencers with the re-casting of Lucas, Lulu, Aiden, and bringing back JJ.  It's only logical to bring back Brad.  With the casting of Van Hansis, which I assume took some time, I got the feeling a plan was in play before they dumped JGL.  Although with all the upheaval, who knows? 

NGL, I am no Brad stan, but I'd much rather see Brad/Lucas than Kristina/Blaze.  Eva La Rue can go at anytime as well.

Pains me to say it, but same (re: Brad/Lucas vs. Blaze/Kristina, the latter of whom did not work). La Rue can go, too.

He and the actress who plays Terry said they were only given a couple of days notice before filming and that FV directed their scenes personally and they were fast tracked to air a couple of weeks later. I think it was definitely a case of TPTB hitting the panic button before the optics of the show firing Blaze and keeping Natalia could fan bigger flames.

Eva LaRue will leave, but Natalia will have sex with Sonny first.

Doubt it, especially considering conversations had about his being financially involved in Deception.

Stretching out a villain for too long seems to be soapswide issue these days.

Even before the baby switch they had thrown other storylines at Nelle, which is why I can perhaps see why viewers were tired of her. Nelle had a vendetta against Carly (complete with flashbacks to when Nelle was a child and a young Carly).

Yes, I feel like the show has been abundantly clear that Natalia knows Sonny is a mobster.  That's why she got the added backstory of her ex being a "dangerous" man.  I guess she's not put off by criminals just gay people.  #Priorities.

Pretty much all the other groups of scenes today could have been extended out and been more interesting if we left Violet on the cutting room floor (forever).

Please tell me they will ship precocious little Violet off to be with her daddy when he gets out of rehab. There's no reason to keep her on this show. Be gone with her. Having her punch another kid is just about the last straw for this scene stealer.

I have no intel on the Violet situation, but I would assume once BLQ and Chase have their own bun in the oven she will be shipped off.  🤞.  It's not like Finn is in rehab for life.  I don't get the vibe the show is going to re-hire Easton, so at some point she'll probably go and live wherever Finn ends up.  Hopefully far, far, far away from Port Charles.
