What are the most inappropriate storylines (in your opinion) you remember? 

I have to start with this!

Couldn't get any more vile - first he thought he was HER BIOLOGICAL father for 5-6 years (he raised her as his child), then he thought she was his half-sister (also went for nearly a decade).

This is the storyline that made a looot of people quit Bold and never come back.

It can't get any worse than this. It was revolting. I wonder how Ronn Moss and Jennifer Finnigan felt about the story, especially Ronn who had played Ridge when Bridget was believed to be his daughter.

B&B definitely owns this thread lol, so many gross stories mainly involving Brooke and Ridge too.

Sonny and Emily on GH was nasty considering she dated his stepson and he knew her as a child. NL and MB didn’t have the chemistry to sell it either despite how many times he talked about her reminding him of his wife.

EJ and Sami on Days getting together post rape made me stop watching for a while, same with Todd sleeping with amnesiac Marty on OLTL and keeping her in a room for ages.

That DID story with Jessica. reverting to her teenage self Jessica and sleeping with Ford was another sickening story and when Ron brought similar trash to GH and brought back creepy Franco with Roger Howarth in the role I tuned out of that show too. 

OLTL finally lures Susan Haskell back as Marty, and pretty much most of what Ron gave her was inappropriate as far as Todd went. And a total waste of her talents and Marty. I don’t care that Todd was really Victor Jr.

GH- Lulu being violated to create another Cassadine/Spencer child. Just disgusting.

DAYS- Hope and John having sex while neither was in their right minds.

These shows just use rape as a plot point way too much. There was a time on DAYS in the early 90’s where pretty much every woman in a scene had been raped for a plot point or as an obstacle for a super couple.

In hindsight, I also include Luke and Laura falling in love. I loved them in the 90’s, and both characters separately. But with todays eyes there was a way to tell what they wanted without having Luke fully cross the line and Laura be willing to forgive him.

Ronn Moss had only that - chemistry. He couldn't act if his life depended on it. BUT GOD that man HAD SO MUCH charisma.

Victor kidnapping Jack, replacing him with a double, who slept with an unknowing Phyllis.

Not only inappropriate but ridiculous and disgusting especially when Victor was forgiven and he and Jack remained civil (and at times friendly)

B&B....when Oliver nailed Brooke at a costume party thinking it was Hope. Ridge forgives Brooke because it was a honest mistake.

Y&R....Malcom raping Dru while she was under the influence of cold medication.

GL......Roger and Holly hooking up in the 90's after he raped her in the 70's.

I remember Ridge even laughed when he found out. It was so taboo and bizarre. HE AND BROOKE HAD SEX after that.

I actually think Ridge gets off on Brooke being such a tramp in a way. He is that kind of man. But sharing her with his son was a little too much. Do you remember the berry scandal. Brooke was veeeeeeery close to making Thomas part of the SLUT-FROM-THE-VALLEY-MISTAKE club.

I still think it's not too late.
