In some re-watching, I don't hate what they did... there was just zero intensity in their writing, and that's where the problem remains.

I don't remember thinking it was awful, but frankly I don't remember it much at all.  What was a standout story for you?

The "All About Ava" episode stands out. They did a fine job with that episode and, of course, Maura West owned it from the moment the episode began to the moment the episode ended. And I can't say that for everyone that appeared in that episode. 🤐

Yes, she is. Retired, I mean. I had a conversation with her that literally blew my mind. It was about "Lumina" at the end of AW. She said, "Yes, Lumina, Leah & I wrote that together. (I agreed with her.) And, then she dropped this, "It was weird." MY GOD, of course it was but if the two of them knew that, at the time, why in Fuque did they write the damned thing? Who wanted it? Sounds like they didn't & the fans certainly DID NOT. Anyway, Off-topic, sorry.

Haha it was for me; West is Queen! Haha. And while Passanante may not be for everyone, I do feel like she gave what she could for West, given their time together on World Turns.

I am wondering why promote Cathy LePard to Assoc HW after a year.  is her first daytime soap. Hopefully she is a good fit.

If you think that about Kraze, then can you possibly explain to me how they have screwed up so badly right now. I mean, GMAB, do they need a lesbian consultant to the writing team? I was enjoying Sonny and Jason being held accountable again. And I was definitely interested in seeing how Anna/Laura vs Sonny would go. And the fact they were slowly setting him up parallel to Val setting Sonny up.
