It seems like they want to control the platforms. They want liberals there but only to “dunk on”, otherwise they realize that they are posting to an echo chamber and it becomes boring when they only have each other and their dull minds.

On the whale app, Profile, there's a company line that many people won't need & can use as an alternate display name just by flipping a checked or unchecked box. 

It's very like Twitter but pretty fast you find more functionality different places. For one example this is all the stuff you can access from the ellipsis in a spout window (the 3 dots) 

Good thing I found another social media platform for my Spanish soap weekly ratings. I do miss the soap opera  actors tweets though.

Absolutely. I prefer to keep my various kinds of nonsense separate and even though none of it is shameful I wouldn't want to be self-conscious about who is seeing what or who might react to what if Threads insists on showing you to your Facebook friends and vice versa.
