Sonya was my friend and my sister from the day we met. I am completely devastated as are the legions of @GeneralHospital fans that have loved her for years. We met at an audition for The Bernie Mac Show and we would cheer each other through many wins and losses thereafter. Sonya, @yvettenicolebrown @octaviaspencer and I broke bread many times sharing our dreams, goals and secrets. It’s the kind of kinship and friendship I wish everyone were able to experience in this life. The four of us will forever be linked and I love them all like the sisters I never had.
