Well, I hope Jake's death has at least some ripple effects and isn't forgotten about in a few days.

And, I hope we get a Sonny/Evan scene too

I figured Jake would die the same way Abby did while Sarah was in police custody, proving she didn’t do it.

At least they getting the Ben and necktie killer jokes out of the way early. 

I hated Jake, so him getting shot by a lame mugging by a random dayplayer seems quite fitting. 

I do also wonder if Evan and Sonny are ever going to share a scene. They haven't crossed paths at all since Zach started on the mothership.

I thought Jake was a breath of fresh air and really, really different from any character we’ve had in years… and I love BB.  And I think he had chemistry to spare with Gabi, Gwen, Kate, Abby, and Ava.  (I actually think a real Jake/Abby pairing was the way to go, but anyway…) But his time on the show has overall felt aimless.  I wonder if this was TPTB or BB’s decision??

ETA: I REALLY hope we get a Sonny/Evan scene(s)!
