Oh, no, she couldn't give that POS away, lol.

Who could blame him?  If I were Eric, and I saw any of MY family members' names pop up on my smartphone, I'd be like, "Yeah, it can't be good," and then I'd ignore the call.

Wait.  She would make her photoshop pics to make her kids look thinner, or make herself (Dee) look thinner?  Because, if it was to make the kids look thinner, then we're venturing into a completely different territory, lol.

Her son not herself.  I have no idea the outcome of this lawsuit or anything, but it's interesting.  The fan club president moved across country to be closer to DH, so, yeah, that's weird.  She did legitimately run a decent website.  I remember it from back in the day.

Right?! What WAS that about, lol.  Here I am watching Season 1 of Dynasty thinking, "damn, Wayne Northrop's a snack!" which I never, ever thought before.  It must've been his cocky confidence paired up against the wonderful Pamela Sue Martin as Fallon.

But anyhoo, a +1 to seeing what a WN Roman & LR Billie could've been.  Josh Taylor is just a 25 year placeholder.  And a barf emoji to memories of his Roman and KA Billie having a romp, as well as Nicole.

How were you guys sleeping on Wayne?   He was hella hot when he first appeared on Days.  1992 Wayne?  Not so much.

I actually thought KA and JT had some chemistry...I know.

  I'll never mention that again.

Fair.

I am not saying Wayne is traditionally that attractive, but he had a rough and unrefined quality that I liked.  Just very blue collar.  You know he was treating Marlena right lol...until she met John.

I am all for LR/WN and what could of been.  But do you guys remember that blonde cop they seemed to be testing with Wayne and RKK?  Taylor I think?  I wonder why they dropped that.

Since we're talking about the past (which is hopefully still allowed now that it's a weekday), I have to ask: What was the storyline with Bo when RKK took over? Was there a Faux Bo doppelganger situation?  Also, before Billie got into Bo's orbit post-Carly, what was Billie's storyline?  Always curious about '92...

LOL Bless her heart.  Shyt, I'm curious about this swag bag she's shelling out to her fans. I better sign up!

    • Not trying to be a contrarian, but I don't think the show needs a rival family.  Rival families have been over-done on soaps since the 1980s. And it might make the show too predictable.  I'd prefer they beef-up the have-not group with perhaps a couple of workers from the Country Club and one or two Dupree servants, joining the existing group of have-nots.  That would give the audience more opportunity to see Fairmont Crest life from the "backstairs."  To me this would be a far more interesting perspective than another wealthy family to rival the Duprees.
    • I wonder if that's why Valerie quit. I think some of the magazines at the time implied issues with Valerie and the producer, although I may be wrong. Painting Diana as going bad would have made more sense to me near the end of her run.
    • Carter & Thomasina were also stuck with a baby almost immediately and didn't get much to do after they finished high school. Carter's father was killed off and Marley drifted out of their friend group because of Jake. They left town after Carter's father died (of tomb dust!) and before Quinn died (unreasonably murdered by the Sin Stalker for dating Zack Edwards).
    • She most definitely would. And I would enjoy watching it! Yes, I agree, that was a very touching moment in her interview. It helped me feel much more connected to her as a performer. I also got the feeling from her, Live with DD, that she wanted to go deeper in conversation.
    • It really does feel like JG is getting off on torturing Shick fans.
    • That part I am not sure about, maybe Depboy might know?  The thing to remember about the show at that time was, it was so plot-driven and desperate that characters and their motivations changed virtually overnight.  There was a period of time where Diana Taylor suddenly became a bad guy and was in cahoots with Cameron Faulkner (toward the end of Valerie Starret's portrayal), which I HATED.
    • I'm going by clips so it's possible that the fan who did the editing made it look a different way than it was.
    • I’m sure Trisha-Mann Grant would love to play those layers too.  It stuck me when she said in an interview that she could identify with the pain Leslie carried because she was a single mother of two struggling with no help raising her kids at one point. You can tell playing Leslie means a lot to her, as devious as the character is (which I’m sure is fun to play for any actor)!
