Two country songs made the top 10: “7 Summers” and “I Hope.” I read that Gabby Barrett is the first American Idol alum from the last seven seasons to have a top 10 hit (since Philip Phillips in 2012).

Wow, that's pretty cool of a Korean boyband hitting #1.  I know they've been building up their North American fanbase for a couple of years  and now they go to  #1 with their first english song.   I wonder how Blackpink ft. Selena Gomez will do next week.

And they’re No. 1 for a second week:

The BLACKPINK song is No. 13.

BTS getting a second week was surprising. I expected WAP to regain #1, but it looks like Dynamite got another big second week in sales: "With 182,000 downloads sold in its second week after opening with 265,000 downloads sold in its first frame, "Dynamite" is the first song to have sold over 180,000 downloads in consecutive weeks in nearly four years, since The Chainsmokers' "Closer," featuring Halsey (208,000, Sept. 17, 2016; 199,000, Sept. 24, 2016)."

I believe that is Blackpink's highest charting song.  Not bad.
