Offhand can't recall a Scott on GL or OLTL, at least as a major character. 

 

On Y&R Jonas gave amnesiac Leslie the name Priscilla, always referred to as Pris. I wonder if it was explained at the time why he chose that name.

BTW Was Jonas ever given a surname?

 

Thank you for clarifying about the Marriotts. There was a Scott Banning on DAYS, followed years later by his namesake (SORASED) adoptive grandson. The latter was played by Rick Hearst in his first soap gig.

Thanks! I looked her up - Dr. Amy Stone, who was played by Catherine Ann Christiansen.

Amy Stone, that was it!  And if I recall, when she did her little dart into the street, it was around the time Stevie Wonder was on the show, singing. Amazing how I remember this stuff.

And AW had Amy Dudley played by Deborah Hobart.

There was also Amy Kositchek on DAYS, sister to Chris and Jake.

I can only think of two characters named Greta on soaps:

The 50's soap A Time To Live has a character named Greta Powers!

 

Made me think of characters over the years with the same name.

Ben Jerrod had John Abbott as did Y&R

Laura Spencer (Horton) on DOOL and Laura Webber(Spencer) on GH

Both AW and LOL had a character named John Randolph at the same time.
