Week 1 just finished and, nothing earthshattering. Though I'll grant convicting Victor was a bit of a surprise and progress on Chrully's origin. The press conference had it moments, but it was structured as well as Victor's trial, which is distracting. We all KNOW who's in jail with Victor since there is only one current 'evil' on canvas. Even though I had all soaps in prisons - it's just something the genre has rarely done well without horrible cliches, I do like that EB still gets into the physical aspect of the role. I have noticed during the past few months that he generally has his best scenes with the younger set (Luca, Summer, Natalie, Marissa, etc.) I just wish they'd have CG interact with him more - their scenes are always magic.
